SUMMARY:
This is a fun Tal Rasha Meteor variation that uses 3x channeling skills to maintain Tal Rasha stacks while raining down continuous meteor armageddon on everything within range. Tal/Teaguk Stacks super easy to maintain, Arcane Power never drops, and you are always attacking while no need to cast Meteor manually.
Speed variation uses Aether Walker for constant mobility and Nemesis Bracers for faster progression/more elite spawns.
GR Push variation uses Deathwish for its channeling damage and Aquila Cuirass for more toughness.

ARMOR+AMULET - 5-piece Tal Rasha set 4-element centric dmg reduction + dmg boost
JEWELRY - CoE (rotating elemental dmg boost) + Halo of Karini (Storm Armor dmg reduction) + RoRG (to complete Tal's 6-Piece )
BRACER - Ashnagarr's Blood Bracers (dmg reduction boost to shields)
BELT - Hergbrash's Binding (RCR Arcane Torrent / Ray of Frost / Disintegrate channeling)
WEAPON(Speed Variation) - Aether Walker (almost unlimited Teleport)
WEAPON(GR Push Variation) - Deathwish (channeling dmg boost)

Disintegrate Convergence (Tal Rasha #2 element = channeling fire dmg+ Taeguk+Zei's dmg + free dmg+Meteor spam via Etched Sigil)
Ray of Frost Snow Blast (Tal Rasha #3 element = extra channeling cold dmg+ Taeguk+Zei's dmg + free dmg+Meteor spam via Etched Sigil)
Storm Armor Power of the Storm (Dmg reduction via Karini ring)
Teleport Calamity (Tal Rasha #4 element = mobility + stun on landing + BotT dmg)
Meteor Meteor Shower (primary dmg dealer boosted by Tal 6-piece + Nilfers Boost + The Grand Vizier +Zei's+BotT dmg)
PASSIVES:
Blur - Dmg reduction or Unstable Anomaly (extra life)
Unraveling Will - Armor, AR, dmg boost standing still
Power Hungry - Dmg boost for enemies 30+ yrds away + Zei's dmg
Galvanizing Ward - Dmg reduction boosted by Ashngarr's Blood Bracers
GEMS:
BotT - dmg boost from CC slow/freeze/stun
Taeguk - dmg boost from channeling Disintegrate
Zei's - dmg boost based on max distance from target (match with Frozen Orb distance explosion)
Helm - Amethyst(Life); Chest/Pants - Topaz (Primary Stat) or Ruby (Armor) or Diamond (AR) as needed
PLAY-STYLE:
Tal Rasha additional element Lightning = Storm Armor to maintain dmg reduction via Karini ring.
Tal Rasha #1 element Arcane = Teleport around to find crowds and density
Tal Rasha #2 element Lighting = Arcane Torrent into crowds to generate free Meteors - USE to shoot over walls.
Tal Rasha #3 element Fire = Disintegrate into crowds to generate more Meteors - USE to pierce through groups
Tal Rasha #4 element Cold = Ray of Frost into crowds to generate more Meteors - USE to focus on Elites/Minions
Rinse repeat to maintain/refresh Tal Rasha 4-element dmg boost / dmg reduction at all times and refresh Storm Armor
ALTERNATIVES:
Speed variation uses Aether Walker for constant mobility and Nemesis Bracers for faster progression/more elite spawns.
GR Push variation uses Deathwish for its channeling damage and Aquila Cuirass for more toughness.
Blur Passive can be switched for Astral Pressence (more faster Arcane Power regen) or Audacity (close up dmg boost if you can survive)
ENERGY TWISTER VARIATION - Cube Twisted Sword / Ranslor's Folly bracers, swap Meteor with Energy Twister - Raging Storm, Roll Arcane dmg on bracers.
FROZEN ORB VARIATION - Equip Unstable Scepter, Cube Triumvirate, swap Disintegrate with a generator: Electrocute - Forked Lightning or Magic Missle - Conflagrate, swap Meteor with Arcane Orb - Frozen Orb, Roll Cold dmg on bracers. Be sure to hit generator 3x to proc Triumvirate dmg.
NOTES:
DMG REDUCTION from Tal Rasha set + Ashnagarr's Blood Bracers Shields + Mantle of Channeling channeling skills + Unraveling Will + Taeguk armor boost + Karini / Storm Armor shock + Blur (if used)
Channeling Skills also casts Meteor Shower every second like a storm via Etched Sigil (without casting Meteor manually can be done infinitely without running out of Arcane Power ! ) ... like a mini Archon
Area dmg is good for this build ... stack where ever possible
Stack Fire Elemental dmg where ever possible (e.g., amulet, bracers)
Equip best rolled items and cube the alternatives
Gear int rolls can be replaced as recommended (if higher paragon) only.
