Secondaries: Gold%, %ranged reduction on amulet / chest (nice to have). +Pickup (small amount of base pickup, nice to have).

Cooldown on every item possible. CDR at 56.5% minimum, to keep up Akarat's Champion.

Wrath regen is required on weapon. RCR is optional on shoulder.

*While having CHD on your avarice is better, it's not required. STR a solid affix here as well. It's more important that you have max CDR on this ring.

**Potential for Condemn% on shield if swapping out Lord's Commander for the alternate option: Holy Cause.

Movement Speed is the focus of this build, while also preserving a balance of resource, damage, and defense.

Gloves of worship for the shrine buffs, including Empowered (CDR and resource) and Fleeting (increased movement, and pickup radius). Avarice Band provides pickup in the case the Fleeting buff is not yet available.

The value of Akkahn's addendum cannot be denied. This gives us Armor, a second revive, additional wrath regen, and cooldown resets on our abilities (occurring once every Akkarat's cast). It also means we don't depend on having an In-Geom buff active. Very nice.

I love that this build feels great even without the Gloves of Worship shrine bonuses active. While they do make it even better, they don't feel required, which is awesome.

Only 700k sheet / and about 8k STR in the video. This build can still run T13 very efficiently.

Of course these buffs aren't up all at once, and in the case of Krelm's and Flash rune for Iron skin, fill different roles to function as a more balanced boost to movement. Wings of Angels also allows great freedom of movement here, allowing us to walk through enemies, and providing a very small shield as well, which will help to keep Krelm's active.

How to play:

I use force move to direct my character. I typically hold down force move unless i'm picking up items.

This build requires use of autocast. You can use numlock or scripting. I use scripting on a timer (all 4 numbered abilities). What this means is that your steed charge casts will often last shorter than their full duration, and function more as a burst of speed rather than a means of travel.

Steed charge does tend to delay the cycle of condemn casts ever so slightly, so I do advise only using it when you are fairly certain there is a lot of ground to travel across (such as on less dense rifts, or just after killing an elite and looting).

Using the Vaccum rune on Condemn is huge here though. The pull is amazing for dispatching density quick, even while on the move.

The delayed cast is a nice bonus here, and works very well with the drawn and quarter pull from steed charge. What happens is: condemn is cast on the timer, then steed charge perhaps is used. While steed is in use, the drawn and quarter pulls those mobs that may have not died yet, but your delayed condemn cast (that was cast before steed charge) still hits them. It's really nice.

Minor downside is that condemn will not be dealing damage right after entering the rift, it will take some time to spin up.

Low on CDR?

  • Vigilante belt can be run in place of Krelm's if you don't have enough CDR on gear.

Alternate Passive Options (Swap out Lord Commander):

  • Indestructible
  • Holy Cause (might allow swap on shield to use Condemn% instead of LPWS).
  • Vigilant
  • Wrathful

Recommended Swap to make once you find Fleeting shrine:

  • Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac (resets cooldowns).

Recommended Swap to make once you find Empowered shrine:

  • Broken Crown (for extra gem drops).
  • The Flavor of Time (Potential for extra STR affix on this amulet. Would have to have Holy% / STR / CHC / CHD / Socket config though).
  • Goldskin (extra gold).
  • Eye of Etlich (Ranged damage reduction)
  • Mara's Kaleidoscope (Poison Immunity)
  • Kymbo's Gold (Has increased Gold% secondary by default. Well rolled is a good option if you haven't found a well rolled set amulet with Gold% yet).

High Paragon Options:

  • Esoteric Alteration (swap out Trapped) - Big damage loss, but toughness increase, protecting against those harder hitting elemental attacks. Great option if you feel you are already over damaging enemies.
  • Rechel's Ring of Larceny - up to 60% movement for 4s upon fearing enemies (swap out SoJ)
  • Use Flee Fool rune on Provoke
      • My opinion here is that Flee fool minimizes the potential wrath generation of Provoke, seeing as it would be more beneficial to cast it on singled out enemies (stragglers), as opposed to elite packs or when in density. This downside, combined with the loss of damage, makes it not as beneficial in my opinion. Even still, an adequate option if you want more movement speed.

Change log:

EDIT (4/11/2018): Swapped out Illusory boots for Pride's Fall, since Wings of angels also gives a similar effect. Pride's fall maintains resource better than any other, even with it dropping off on occasion. Unlike hexing pants, does not have a downside. When you get the Empowered buff, you can consider swapping out Pride's for an alternate item temporarily. Also added some more alternates to the alternates section, possibilities for this swap.

EDIT (5/15/2018): Updated affixes section, offering some alterate options for defensive affixes on shoulder / boots. Also suggesting base level of +Pickup radius on gear. Minor changes overall.

EDIT (5/20/2018): Now more balanced. Dropped F&R for SoJ + Avarice (with Obsidian ring on swap during Fleeting). Running Leoric's for increased CDR with option to swap during Empowered buff. Swapped out 4th passive for Lord Commander (aids mobility). Affix on shield reworked to supply recovery. Generator dropped in favor of the increased Wrath replenishment via Provoke. Option for RCR on shoulder. Listing option for Condemn% on shield when passive is swapped for Holy Cause. Listing out affixes per ring now.
