The gameplay is easy, just spam Devour and Land of the Dead and use Bone Spear to refresh the cooldown on Land of the Dead. Don't forget to curse your enemies with Frailty so you will be making 18% of all the damage of the team which is a lot, especially on really high rifts. If you are having troubles with your survability you can swap Leoric's Crown for Pestilence Mask; Vigilante Belt for Dayntee's Binding; and cube Ring of Royal Grandeur and Leoric's Crown
