For this build, it is assumed doing speed farming at T13 and GR 70~80, most gears are optimized for maximum damage as required items. The following are some noteworthy explanations and commentaries on important gears and items that can be changed for different scenarios:

Weapons:

Sacred Harvester: A mandatory staple weapon for almost all witchdoctor's builds, synergize with your Lakumba bracer for damage reduction and Soul Harvest stack.

Uhkapian Serpent: This mojo is served as damage mitigation, it's consistent compares to Henri's Perquisition.

Henri's Perquisition: Very great for GR speed to avoid one shot death by random mob, but I found Uhkapian to be more applicable for this speed build.
In-geom: The essence of any speed farm build, by killing elites(blue or yellow pack) you gain great amount of cooldown reductions. We cube this to allow instant reset on Spirit Walk, Soul Harvest and CC Piranhado.

Shoulders
Corruption: A guarantee roll with additional 7 pick-up radius, synergize with Grave Injustice and Swampland Attunement, the bigger your pick-up radius directly affect these important passives. *This item can only be forged by blacksmith
Pauldrons of the Skeleton King: A cheat death, since we wont be having Spirit Vessel passive in this build, this shoulder can sometimes be really helpful, the downside is, the proc rate is debatable

Gloves:
Tasker and Theo: Boost your pets' attack speed thus increase your damage output
Frostburn: This is a great glove to boost our cold skill damage which is our Gargantuan's cold rune, if you choose to wear this then I would cube Tasker and Theo and wear Nemesis Bracers to have more damage but drastically decrease your damage reduction.

Legs:
Swamp Land Waders: Look for cold skill damage %, its own ability effect can be ignored.
Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan: This item is also quite good, as long you keep moving then you will have permanent 25% damage boost, which you are constant moving as a WD so this is also a great alternative.
Belt Variations:

Offensive:

The Witching Hour: The ideal belt to boost your overall damage, rolls with attack speed, and most importantly additional critical damage

Defensive:

String of Ears: This belt increase your survivability in the pack. However, you would want to finish enemies ASAP, therefore this belt is merely for transition before you acquire a good Witching Hour

Amulets:

Hellfire amulet: Allows you to have a fifth passive, we will be taking Grave Injustice, also the ideal Hellfire will be including cold skill damage and high crit chance/damage

Rings:

Legacy of Nightmare ring set: This set still loved by the community, it's not as competitive as other set builds due to their drastic buffs, but the core idea of this ring sets is as long you have ancient / primal ancient legendary items (orange) equipped, you acquire increase damage and damage reduction, to obtain ancient items would be imperative.

The Short Man's Finger: With this in cube is mandatory for our Gargantuans to deal massive damage, the core damage output item

Build Guide

Basic game-play strategy:

  • Rotation. Piranhado as opening, Spirit Walk into mob, apply Soul Harvest and Horrify. Move around avoid projectiles and elemental attacks, allow your Gargantuans finish enemies, reposition and repeat.
  • Focusing on elites. The speed farming build focuses on killing elites to proc your In-Geom instant 10 second CDR for your abilities, so you will be able to move incredibly fast during the rift to search another pack of elites. Definitely kills the blue elites, but when you encounter the yellow elite, please remember to also kill his minions(ones also with affixes, with yellow shadowing) otherwise you wont proc your In-Geom CDR.
  • Reposition. Your Gargantuans are not Google's AlphaGo... they are stupid, sometimes if they are not around, you will re-cast them next to you or "pull" them next to you by moving a further to your target so they will move nearby or reappear. As a WD, you are quite fragile so keep moving can also avoid deadly random projectile and if you have Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan, repositioning allows your constant damage buff.
  • Movement Speed. What makes this build so powerful is the speed, In my opinion, with In-geon uptime you will move faster than classic angry chicken WD and most other classes' speed builds. Therefore, remember to cast your Horrify regularly and apply Soul Harvest to maintain your speed.

Skill variations/explanations:

Both following runes' changes will decrease your movement speed. However, they will boost your survivability. I recommend these set up if you do not have optimized gears and have low paragon points.

Soul Harvest:

-Languish: Increase your armor and reduce your enemies' movement speed.

Horrify:

-Frightening Aspect: Also Increase your armor as well.

Passives: (Swap out Pierce the Veil)

-Gruesome Feast: Drastically increase your primary stats and life, but you have to keep picking up health globes. This shouldnt be any problem at all.

-Swampland Attunement: Increase your elemental resistance, i.e. higher damage reduction.

Additional Tips:

This is just my personal preference and setup that I would like to share with new players, sometimes with you are clicking around the map, you will accidentally click on an enemy then trigger your primary ability unintentionally. This kind of incident seems trivial but it actually affects your progress in some situations if you do not want to waste your abilities. Two important keys: "Force Stand" and "Force Move". You need to assign these two keys in order to move around unhindered. For my personally set up, I assigned my Force Move to my mouse's wheel button. So if I cast my Spirit Walk and just want to "move" then as I click my Force Move key, even when I click on a monster, it will not trigger my Horrify(according to this build that is the primary spell) and typically as you click your Force Move key you would hold it as you move your cursor and your character will still move. As or my force stand, I assigned it to "R" key, if I am moving around and need to cast my Horrify to boost my speed, by holding R and press my left click, I will "self-cast" horrify and thus increases my movement speed. This is just my personal tip that I found fundamentally useful during Speed Farming.
