Out of Crystal Fist, Scarbringer, or Vengeful Wind, cube the worst rolled and use the other two. You can also cube a Flying Dragon or Furnace.

Diamonds in your Chest, Pants, and Helm with a Emerald in your Weapons.

Put a Unity on your follower and the item that makes it so that the follower can't die. That way the damage you take will be halved. If you rolled physical damage instead of fire damage you can go Sweeping Armada for Lashing Tail Kick.
