DiabloFans doesn't seem to have Leoric's Crown as a selectable power in the build maker as of right now.

Intro

Condemn is back and better than ever in Patch 2.6.1 due to the damage buffs to the Akkhan 6-piece set bonus, Blade of Prophecy Legendary Power, and Frydehr's Wrath Legendary Power. The sword and shield used to come with a generous amount of Condemn damage skill %, but those have been removed in this patch and instead, the multipliers have been added to the Legendary powers to take the damage to the next level.

Gearing

The Akkhan set is mandatory, including the Talisman of Akkhan amulet. The amulet allows for a bit of variation in some gear choices. In this version, we wear Illusory Boots, cube Leoric's Crown, and wear a String of Ears belt. Cubing Leoric's Crown gives us a little more leeway on cooldown reduction (CDR) requirements and allows us to drop the Vigilante Belt for a more defensive option. You can also itemize your Frydehr's Wrath shield a little more easily when you don't have to account for a CDR roll there.

Speaking of CDR, you need enough cooldown reduction to reach 56%, which, when combined with the Akkhan set, will give you 100% up-time on Akarat's Champion. With Leoric's Crown in the cube and a Flawless Royal Diamond in your helm, as well as maxed out CDR in your paragon points, you can go without CDR on one piece, which I mention could be nice for your Frydehr's Wrath shield.

Another note is that Condemn, as a skill, is unaffected by your attack speed. Therefore, the highest DPS version of this build would utilize The Furnace and cube Blade of Prophecy, since two-handed maces produce more damage in general. The only consideration for your attack speed in this build is the fact that you use a generator and you could potentially generate more Wrath to keep your Condemns coming out more consistently, but that's essentially negligible.

Otherwise, put Flawless Royal Diamonds in your chest and pants and a Flawless Royal Emerald in the weapon.

Skills

You must use a generator in order to keep the entire Focus and Restraint bonus up, so Slash is necessary. We use the Guard rune for more defense. Defense is also helped with Iron Skin and Laws of Justice. I use both of these on the Holy cycle of Convention of Elements in order to stay among the mobs without dying and deal maximum damage. Using Provoke in the middle of a good grouping of monsters will keep you topped up on Wrath.

Indestructible and Akarat's Champion - Prophet work in tandem to keep you alive, since Condemn can be a very squishy playstyle. You will often proc Prophet, but can use that to your advantage due to the short cycles of activating your next Akarat's Champion and resetting the Prophet cooldown. You could swap Indestructible if you wanted to for something like Long Arm of the Law, which is another variant, especially if you go with Laws of Valor - Unstoppable Force for better Wrath management.
