Build Guide

Some cost reduction is needed to make sure your Aquilla remains active 100%. Somewhere around 35% should do it.

Attack speed shoul be 1.45 attack per second. This means you need to reduce your paragon points in attack speed to about 20 and have none on gear.

If you want hold up tal stacks while teleporting, just keep the channel skill locked and every few seconds take your finger off the teleport button so it starts channeling and hit 1 of the other elemental skills before putting the finger back on the teleport button. You should be safe crossing T13 content without tal stacks up as well though so for the really long distances dont bother.
