The main damage deal skill of the build is the grim scythe.
Activate bone armor for %50 damage reduction then use skeletal mage to empty your essence to maximise the bonus of leger's disdain with every use of grim scythe and keep using grim scythe for main damage deal (%3750 inarius 6 piece). Use skeletal mage when your essence is almost full again to maximum bonus from leger's disdain up tp %23200. Also use corpse lance at least every 15 seconds to keep the nayr's black death %300 bonus alive. When u get closer to mobs with the aura of frality, briggs' wrath keeps gathering the mobs around you with knockback effect and activates the %30 bonus from strongarm bracers, bane of trapped and triple bonus of krysbin's sentence also the %50 damage reduction from dayntee's binding.
For solo runs you can change pain enhancer to molten and spreading malediction to draw life for survivebilty.
For group runs you can use pain enhancer or stricken, depends on you go for hybrit damage dealer or boss killer.
This build fails on juggernaut affix elites like many other builds so stay away from juggernauts.
