Kanai's Cube
Swap Stricken for Pain enhancer for farming lower rifts/groups. Reasoning can be made for running PE for solo pushes if you fish for add bosses (Saxtris, mainly)
Use Lornelle's/SoJ for groups or as an option to Unity if rolled well.
Maintain 4 stacks of nayr buff, numlock command skeletons.
Switch can be made from Death Nova to Siphon Life with Power Shift rune to add more damage on Poison COE cycles at the expense of having to dump essence more often.
LoH on weapon can be swapped for damage % if comfortable, similar with armor on legs for grim scythe damage.

Adding Max Resource allows you to get in more swings before a dump, and increases the power of Leger's Disdain due to the total amount you can theoretically generate in density with one swing. All the other paragon's are pretty much self explanatory.
