Hurl an orb of pure energy that explodes on contact, dealing 435% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies within 15 yards.
Frozen Orb

Create an orb of frozen death that shreds an area with ice bolts, dealing 950% weapon damage as Cold.

You need to have the benefit of Unstable Scepter and Aeither Walker, Tal6 and Sage3 bonuses, and Ring of Royal Grandeur, Halo of Karini, and CoE. How you get there is flexible. Mix and match your Tals and Sages. Equip your best wand and cube your worst. Use your 2 best rings and put 1 in the cube.

Ring Alternatives: Focus and Restraint works with this build nicely. You'll need to likely drop sages in order to use Halo in the Cube and keep your 6pc Tals bonus.

Build Guide

The playstyle is very simple. Keep up your Triumverate buff and your Tals buff and spam orbs until things die! You want to stay and distance for our halo, zeis, and power hungy and hunt elites to get the most out of your deaths breaths.
