You need a certain amount of RCR and CDR to make it feel "good". Damage should not be an issue. I aim for roughly 50% RCR and 40% CDR. In-Geom will be enough to keep Epiphany up, which you need to stun the enemies which will proc the bracers.
Go for Bane of the Powerful until you have at least a lvl 50-60 Taeguk.

ALTERNATIVE for Cube: If you have nobody with Nemesis, switch to Nemesis
Hexing Pants provide the same damage increase while also allowing for a massive increase in spirit generation, we cannot get rid of any of the Sunwoko set pieces, so we only have our cube slot to mess around with and since we always move with TR anyways, Hexing Pants are the best option for that slot, unless of course you need Nemesis. If you ever feel like Spirit Generation isn't enough or you don't have the RCR, you can switch passives for more generation.
I've uploaded a bounty version of this which can also be used for greater rifts. It's without the sage's set. We don't want to remove In-Geom because it allows us to move around quickly, but more importantly it will constantly reduce the cooldown on Epiphany which allows us 100% uptime without loads of CDR. With decent gear/paragon and gems the damage is quite high enough so that we won't need more lightning%, certainly not at the cost of In-Geom, which I would classify as mandatory for the build do to the interaction that Epiphany has with the bracers. Toughness should never be an issue for normal rifts, as we're using gold wrap with boon of the hoarder.
