This will be the most efficient build for rat runs (Heavy survivabilty, Extra Globe Spam, and 145% movement)

Charge barb will DR the majority of mobs and not allow the Z-Necro to lock down packs.

Whirlwind does not Dr like charge will, Which in returns gives the Rat Necro's a higher chance of survival.

If you struggle to obtain rage, simply change passives Inspiring Pressence to Weapon Master for 5 fury per mob hit.

Also if your Z-Necro is still efficent on globe spawning you can switch Threatening Shout-Grim Harvest to Threatening Shout-Falter for 25% more damage
