Build Guide

Hydra Wiz is back stronger than ever before! And would you believe that for season 12, Hydra Wiz will no longer be forced to stack CDR on CDR to maintain (note: boring) archon rotations within the limited timespace of CoE!
Yes, it is true, for season 12 a new hydra wiz has appeared from the buffs to Firebird's set and several orange items that can kill bosses at 110+ in 4man groups.

Now, this build is from the hardcore leaderboards with a solid 1'st place at a 116 clear in the preseason. The build creator is Hardcore god Arsenic and I have simply taken it upon myself to share this beautiful creation with the Diablo community_ plus I kinda like writing guides so it's also for personal indulgence xD
So all credit go to Arsenic the man, the legend!

Anyways here is how it works:
The new firebird's set has been buffed to 200% dmg * 20 stacks on elites (that would be the rift guardian) which makes the set multiplier at max stacks a whopping 4000% - the same as Rathama's set!
Now, plop a manald heal (14000%) on top of this 4000% dmg multiplier and you can already start to imagine the sheer damage potential of this build.
Add the newly buffed orb of Infinite depth 10% dmg x 4 and 20% dmg reduction x 4.
Now a fragment of destiny combined with the Shame of Delsere for more attack speed for a crazy amount of stricken stacks.
And finally two Hydra's buffed by tasker and theo for manald proc overload!

It's amazing!
