Unity
For the IK set dungeon not much is needed. I would argue that this is the easiest set dungeon in the game. The only absolutely indispensable skills are Wrath of the Berserker and call of the ancients as far as this set dungeon goes. In order to keep up wrath of the Berserker you will have to be utilizing fury spenders constantly, this build utilizes Whirlwind to accomplish that. All of the shouts are simply used to make the experience smoother, increasing damage and resistance. The only required items for the build to work specifically state they are required, the rest are merely recommendations. For example I didn't actually use either of the rings for the set dungeon, I used a Focus and Restraint because they had good damage, Though I do strongly recommend the Skull grasp for that extra damage. The Unity in the cube is totally unnecessary, there simply wasn't a better choice as all other jewelry has no effect on the build. As for stat optimization, don't bother with it, none of my gear was optimized in the least (my helmet had seismic slam damage and my bracers fire damage to give you an idea) and I still completed the dungeon with 2:30 minutes to spare on my first try. If you absolutely want to destroy the dungeon, use cold damage on your amulet and bracers, for the rest focus on critical damage. CDR is unnecessary, as the IK benefits will keep Wrath up without a problem.

Build Guide
In Order to complete the IK set dungeon with mastery all you have to do is keep Wrath of the Berserker and Call of the ancients up the whole time and killing all the enemies in the map while affected by the 400% bonus damage of the IK set. Doing this is a walk in the park as the IK set is engineered to reduce the cool down of wrath of the berserker every time you spend fury, which you will be doing the whole time with whirlwind. This build is focused around reducing the cooldown of WotB using whirlwind and getting as quickly as possible through the map to kill all the mobs. Using this build the only thing you have to worry about is staying alive and making sure you keep WotB up as it wears off. Overall, the IK set dungeon is a no brainer and this build is designed to make it as easy as possible to accomplish all the set dungeon goals.
WOW thank you so much did it in like a min lol
