This is a build guide for what is currently performing as the 2nd best build on the PTR for patch 2.6.1. This build was taken from some amazing Sader's in the top 100 ranking on the current ladder
For patch 2.6.1 we get 2 item buffs which make bring this build back to us.
Fate of the Fell
- Heaven's Fury gains two additional rays and has its damage increased by 375-500%
Bracer of Fury
- Heaven's Fury deals 300-400% increased damage to enemies that are Blinded, Immobilized, or Stunned.
Outside of those 2 items this build had not changed much but the power growth has been huge.

Build Guide
Hello all my thinkers..... how are you all doing today? I wanted to create a video / guide for all my followers on what is a fun crusader build for patch 2.6.1. This Heaven's Fury crusader is performing well on the ladder with having cleared over a GR100. I had fun running this build especially when you get hit a bunch and just see your shield fier away.
Play style is fairly simple:
1. Keep Akkharat's Champion up as much as possible.
2. Use vacuum to pull in a group of mobs and get them close to you. Remember this build relies on you being hit so close mobs equlas more damage
3. When the mobs gets pulled in use judgement on then to immobilize them and get the damage bonus to your heaven's fury
4. Attack with punish to get the damage reduction and extra critical hit chance after blocking
5. Cast heaven's fury on CD
6. Use Iron skin for damage reduction and to move through mobs when needed
Other than that please give it a try and provide some feedback
Other than that guys its a very fun build to play so give it a try.
man whats up with the hate...... down voting with no input as to why
It's most likely due to the requirement for paragon for the build to shine, paragon less than 950~1000 seems underwhelming for the build. I tried to clear an 84 but failed about 20 times (887 paragon, could be just cause i suck at this game)
Well thanks for the response and yes I agree. The top Crusader's running this build are well over 3000 but it is still a fun and interesting build to play even at lower paragon. As always the lower paragon wont ever reach the top potential but I think it is important to share and try these type of builds.
I think for all the the builds getting a power buff for 2.6.1 will still require the higher paragon to really shine.
But again yes, this will not out perform the blessed shield build
