Required Items(try to get all ancient gear):

Full set of Inarius.

The wailing host and litany of the undaunted rings are required for the play-style of this build, which requires constant movement. This also gives a big power boost for each ancient item you have, i am currently running 8-pieces of ancient gear.

Trag'Ouls corroded fang is required to be equipped so you can have an off-hand ancient equipped for more damage from your rings.

Non-required Items(just equip and ancient item):

Off-hand: Does not matter what you use, i use bone ringer to give the skeletons a boost against elites and other high-hp enemies.

Amulet: Does not matter. I use ess of johan to get one big group of enemies, so i can turn them into a big pile of copses which gives me a god-like revive minion.

wrists: Does not matter. I use reaper wraps for mana regen or warchien for the movement speed boost.

Build Guide

Well i wanted a melee build with the necro and this is what I ended up with.

skills usage:

Command skeletons only purpose in this build is to keep enemies away from us, command them as necessary to block anyone who will hinder you, while also freezing them for a 3x krisbyn proc. You can change the rune if you want it really does not matter.

Golem deals great damage, and can crit into billions (with 8 ancient pieces and 600 paragon). I would keep the rune as is, because the stupid A.I. of the revive monsters and them attacking the nearest enemy. Save the skill for when you get elites spawns and command the golem to the elites so you get a pile of corpses right at their feet. Then use revive to seal their fate.

Revive: Does ridiculous damage when you create a minion with 10 corpses. One revive monster created with a lot of corpses can easily clear out a mob. Again, the rune on this does not matter

Decrepify: This is needed to slow the enemies, while getting bone Armour back up. Can be changed out for anything that would slow enemies since your primary skill will curse enemies to proc the defense buff from your belt, but it will slow down clear times significantly.

Playing the build:

Anyways, bone armor first enemy you see to get your whirl-wind from Inarius set. Hit them with decrpify for the cd reduction and to slow them, then run around hitting everyone with your whirlwind to proc the 3k more damage debuff while casting decrepify on any new enemies. Do not be afraid to jump into large group of monsters, you should have plenty of defense and hp as long as bone armor is still up. Keep casting bone armor when it is ready, the stun effect should give you 3x damge for krisbin as long as you have already cursed them.

Now start casting revive on any and all corpses you see as you run around de-buffing everything that moves, trying to get as many corpses in one cast as you can, but also make sure you get the single corpse's too for more dps. You do not have to engage with anyone if you do not wish too, your minion hoard will clean up everyone.

On the off chance you run into a elite pack with no corpse's, use command skeletons to freeze and block the elite, then use golem skill to get 8 corpses, then cast revive.
