Gems
- Stricken - You're elite/RG killer
- Trap - Too stronk, mandatory
- Zei - You're always in range = more dps
- Powerful - Used if you're being lazy in 90-100 GR range, replace with Stricken
- Diamond in Helm, Topaz in Chest/Legs, Emerald in Weapon

- Weapon - Relina's Shadowhook - DPS
- Armor - Corpsewhisper Pauldrons - More DPS
- Jewelry - Krysbin or CoE - EVEN. MOAR. DE PEE ES

- Any offhand will work as long as it has CC, Lance% & CDR
- Ancient Parthan Defenders (Phys%, CC) - Great for survivability, replaces Lacuni Prowlers (Phys%, AS, CC) Note: If you go APD, you need AS on your ring
- Krysbin's Sentence (AS, CC/CHD, CDR) - Always rolls with attack speed, so try to wear Convention of Elements (CC, CHD, CDR)
Skills (Alternate options)
- Decrepify (Borrowed Time) > Grim Scythe (Cursed Scythe) Note: Replace Stricken with Powerful gem
- Great for lower speeds 90-100 range
- More survivability
- Higher uptime on LotD
- Alternative passives: Note: I have personally done 115+ @ time of posting this guide (S11 p1.5k) with all 3 of these and still undecided which is better
- Blood is Power - Higher uptime on LotD, but you need to take damage to lower the cooldown
- Spreading Malediction - More damage, but curses fall off after ~10sec so dmg increase is not permanent
- Eternal Torment - Perma curses, really good for lazy gameplay, curse and forget
- Attack with Grim Scythe to ensure all 3 curses are on the mobs, especially the elites Note: Decrepify and Frailty are the two most important ones
- Once you get to half of Cold cycle, cast Simulacrum then Land of the Dead
- Hold Corpse Lance and keep cursor directly on the elite Note: It is very important to not move your cursor and ensure elite is highlighted at all times for maximum damage
- Spam the shit out of Devour so you don't die while using Corpse Lance
Gameplay (RG Fight)
- Spam Grim Scythe to curse and stack Stricken
- Start of Cold cycle, Blood Rush out as close to 50 yards away from RG
- When 2s remain on Cold cycle, cast Simulacrum then Land of the Dead and hold Corpse Lance & spam Devour
- Blood Rush back to RG and stack more Stricken while you're waiting on cooldown
- Tell your supports to not DR. Barb give IP/Falter, Monk gives Sanc, WD debuffs with Haunt/Locust, nothing else. The more they attack the RG, the more they become immune to CC effects (Land of the Dead) and more importantly, you will lose your Krysbin's buff
- General rule of thumb is tell others to stop doing shit 10s before you do your damage, so RG is not perma immune before you freeze with LotD Note: I believe the DR resets every 10 seconds don't quote me on this, it's what others have told me
- If you see stars above RG's head, then someone is fucking it up for you and you should be aware
- Stack as much stricken as possible in between cycles
- If RG has adds, tell Barb to pull it away & WD should focus on killing Protip: Tell WD to kill adds just before you start Lancing, this way you can benefit from Oculus circle aka BBD (Big Dick DPS)
- When you move away to start Lancing, Monk should drop Sanc under you
General Notes
- Breakpoint - 1.7143 Need 3 items with Attack Speed, 1 has to be weapon, this will get you to 1.72 AS
- Weapon and Off-Hand need to have Max Essence
- Get as much Cooldown Reduction as possible (shoulder, gloves, weapon, offhand, both rings)
- Ensure you have Frailty buff on mobs (looks like diamond) before you start casting Corpse Lance
- Start casting Corpse Lance at the middle of Cold cycle to ensure you have 20 stacks of shoulder buff this will ensure you're fully buffed before Physical cycle where you do most of your burst damage
- If you're running low on HP, Blood Lance through mobs to regain HP back. This saves you from using Potion
- If you can survive, try to use Oculus circle as much as possible
- I personally don't move far away for Zei buff during the rift because I can't find a safe place for long enough. So I try to stay close to group when I start Lancing.
Blood Rush rune?
forget about it it does not work... too much dying on XIII Rifts... think about going on GR 65 or higher...
