I did this with 0 paragon points to act as a brand new season character and it is very feasible
CORE:
Movement Speed-->Max Essence-->Primary stat-->Vitality
Really for the core there is nothing that gives a bonus to completing this set dungeon. You could argue that Movement speed is number 1 to allow faster movement through the area in case you are near the end and missed a mob or 2. Max Essence is second because it helps you to cast more bone spears since they cost 40 essence per
Offense:
CHC-->CHD-->Attack Speed-->CDR
Defense:
Armor-->RA-->Life-->Regen
Armor and Resist all will help you keep you damage taken under the dungeon threshold
Utility
Anything really, resource cost reduction will help with the bone spear casting but not necessary
Build Guide
Hello again all my Thinkers.......
Today I wanted to share a build/video with you for what I feel is the easiest set dungeon in this entire game. Today we are going to explore completing the Pestilence Master's Shroud Set Dungeon.
Let's first take a look at the requirements to complete the dungeon and master the dungeon.
Requirement 1: Hit enemies 150 times with Empowered Bone Spear
Requirement 2: Don't take 400,000 damage
In order to complete requirement 1 we have ta few resources at our disposal
1. First you need to consume corpses to get the empowered bones spear stacks
-- Moribound Gauntlets make your Golem shed a corpse every second, so as long as you are near your Golem you get 1 stack every second
-- Flesh Golem Rune allows you a cooldown to spawn a pile of corpses, use it every time it is up
2. Group mobs to get the affect from spear shatter
-- Brigg's Wrath groups enemies hit by decrepify. This allows you to hit multiple mobs at once using a single empowered bone spear cast
-- Bones Spear shatter rune works great with Brigg's wrath as it will break and hit multiple targets at once
In order to complete requirement 2 we have a few different way to tools
-- Bone Armor Dislocation, stuns enemies which procs Ancient Parthan Defenders
-- Decrepify, provide up to 50% damage reduction with Dayntee's Bindings
-- Gem: Esoteric Alteration, straight up non physical damage reduction
-- Pestilence set 2pc, each enemy hit with bone spear reduces damage taken stacking up to 50%
-- Passive skill: Stand alone, provides 90% additional armor
Outside of the above the rest of the skills and gear are fairly flexible and you can play around with them. I found this very simple with having this set up.
As always please let me know your thoughts and any suggested changes.
Solid guide.
Solid build, slight over kill but you will easily master it with this guide.
