Updated with 3:37 min GR70 Clear simulating new/developing player stats.
Typically expect:
3-5 minute T13 clears. (gotta gets that loot & gobbies yo!)
2-4 minute GR70 clears.
Here is a 3 min comparison clear. In this version I use my actual stats and gear so as to illustrate the difference new players can expect as they attain better gear, more paragons and higher ranked gems.

Build Guide
For more information and other informative videos see this thread: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/d3/topic/20758385950
Read the thread, it'll answer what questions you have and if it doesn't, the odds of me answering your question(s) is exponentially higher by posting there than it is here. I come here explicitly to update things that I'm asked to update.
-----------------
The primary difference between the original and alternate versions vs. the 2.6.1 version are passives and, of course, Dayntee's now being BIS.
WARNING: This is a more "advanced" build as getting decent rolls (particularly on the jewelry) can be cumbersome.
Posting on a mobile, the damn gear and skills didn't save, I'll update it when I get back home later. Just watch the video, gear and skills are at the end.
Thank you for this looks like fun and easy on my wrists!
Hope it works well for you. There are other "Lazy builds" out there that are more efficient but not truly LAZY. They require button pushing and paying attention. I wanted truly thoughtless LAZY play and this is what I was able to come up with.
I'm wondering how you equip Reilena's Shadowhook with a phylactery because Reilena's a 2h scythe and forces you to unequip the phylactery?
Thanks for the easy to play build!
Any chance you could post Stat Priorities?
@TechnoTechie
The intended message being that you can equip Shadowhook and cube Trag's OR Equip Trag's + Lost Time and cube Shadowhook. But with Diablofans it just kinda comes out that way.
@arcgremlin
Updated stat priorities for ya.
gotta few questions. globes are nice and such so I wont ask about the passives, but command golem and land of the dead? Why not just decripify for damage reduction? Also why not COE instead of BK ring?
@fstr21
Why Inarius instead of Rathmas? Or why not Trag's instead of Inarius? Both are better in every way that matters. Inarius will never clear what either of these two sets can do (this season) so why bother equipping Inarius to begin with?
When you come up with an answer, you'll have answered your own question.
As for your other questions, answered several times over in the thread provided.

I have tried them all and this one has me dying the most, and it takes much longer to kill elites and the rift guardian compared to other Inarius 'Lazy' builds. It was a good attempt though
Swapping briggs for unity let's you get GR 75 mindlessly. But it requires a lot more moving and is a lot slower which partly defeats the purpose of the build.
Yeah great stuff! Video shows COE btw. It's what I use as well. You're doing all 3 damage types so there's no dead time. To me it feels smoother than brigg's so it fits the theme of the build :-)
Updated for 2.6.1
If you're dying with this build, you're doing something wrong.
The point behind the build is to play without even paying much attention. This build's thread on the official forums, which I link in the DiabloFans profile, is the most contributed build thread in the Necromancer forums. It's filled with people using this build successfully and whom are willing to help with advice and ideas if needed.
Feel free to drop by to lurk or contribute since, as you can see, I only come here to do updates.
