Krysbin's Sentence

Very much like the solo build, but designed for 4 man groups: more dmg less survivability. The damage from this build is insane, I have seen it 1-shot a rift guardian with un-optmized gear at gr 107 in 12 seconds. I belive this build, or something similar, will be the top Necro build for season 11, much better than Inarius.
