Rogar's Huge Stone
This build focuses on the apparent boost Death's bargain gains from Legacy of nightmares now. It improves survivability and life regen over the previous iterations and makes thorns a secondary effect to help deal damage rather than a focus. Atm i am doing 12-43m with each tick of deaths bargain on Torment 7, or so it appears, i will continue testing to be certain. With stand alone and Legacy of Nightmares the survivability is a far sight better as well.
--UPDATE--
With further testing have realized this ability does in fact benefit form your primary stat, contrary to popular opinion, simply swapping out all amethysts for topaz significantly boosted the per tick DPS. I do however feel that the hybrid with thorns still has some merit, this build will now focus on the maximum Deaths bargain damage possible and dispose of the thorns component. If it ends up being as effective as i imagine i will be sure to create a new, cleaner, post about it.
Additionally it does benefit from crit chance and damage as well allowing for average ticks of well over 70 mil on torment 8 with occasional big hits of hundreds of millions.

Build Guide
When playing with this build dont forget most of the LPS comes from being nearby enemies, enemies cursed by frailty and bone armor "thy flesh sustained" without them you are likely looking at around 116k lps, with them closer to 315k lps depednign on the number of enemies.
to be clear: this build would not work because you break the ring set by having other set bonuses
Actually i had that on just as a ring i didnt even know legacy of nightmares would boost the damage until i got the second piece and decided to try it, i should update this
I changed it quite a bit actually.
This is silly. Use the full inarius set. Instead of 1300% from LoN, you get the 3750% from inarius and can still fit a bunch of these pieces. Shadowhook is a massive upgrade to damage compared to sky splitter.
If you use inarius you can also use the ring that gives you massive DR as your life goes down, which synergizes perfectly with Rogars Hugr Stone.
Fantastic suggestion! I will test to see if it boosts the damage of Death's bargain. thanks!
