Speed Speed Speed Bounties and T13 Keys. Emphasis on not dealing too much damage to maintain Hatred returns and utilizing as much MS +++ as possible for split bounties. While in a rift it really moves fast with the boon and the passives. Dropped COE due to causing too much damage and not returning Hatred if one shot the enemy.

Build Guide

This build is strictly for T13 Rifts and Split Bounties. Formed out of need for speed in bounties with a focus on not dealing too much damage in the end game with full 100 augs. You could play around with it to fit your needs but I find this is my best iteration. Good Luck Farming!
