With harmony passive you must try to get resistances in secondary affixes (perfect situation if you have physical res on every piece of gear).

Bane of the Stricken -> Isoteric for huge survivability boost (normal rifts and low level GRs)

Unity for both you and follower (dont forget to give immortality relic to him) for surv boost, Convention of Elements for damage boost, or Band of the Rue Chambers for more spirit regen.

Build Guide

1. Find density

2. Cyclone strike (pull and 5 seconds surv bonus from shoulders), Crippling Wave till you reach max spirit and get bonus from set Fists, now use Breath of Heaven for spirit regen boost and Dashing Strike for Raiment 6 pieces damage boost.

3. When there is no density left go to 1. =)
