Kanai's Cube
The 4-set Delsere's Magnus Opus is a must for the damage reduction through Slow Time.
Aquila Cuirass more damage mitigation. Very easy to maintain with Spectral Blade.
For helmet, Crown of Primus is a must. The Helm of Rule is an alternative for more block. You can use it in cube. You can also cube other armor items like nemesis, strongarm, APD. It all depends how much need defense, utility or offense.
For amulet, Hellfire Amulet with Unstable Anomaly is always a good choice. Alternatively, there's always Overwhelming Desire, Ess of Johan, The Star of Azkaranth. For rings, Stone of Jordan, Halo of Arlyse, Oculus Ring. For cube, you can take your pick of various choices - immune to fire, etc. All depends if you need more offense or defense.
Cube weapon not showing up -- it is basically Fragment of Destiny or Aether Walker.

Build Guide
The current support Wizard builds out there are mostly used as a 2nd or 3rd support after zMonk and zBarb. I needed a build as a main support to group with my 2-3 dps friends doing GR80+. I didn't want to roll a zMonk because I still wanted the gear and gem levels for my main Archon build.
With the help of Spazza, this is the general build that allows me to facetank most mobs. I still have to be careful versus reflect mobs or if there are too many mobs or affixes stacked on us.
If you feel you are tanky enough, you can switch out the armor for Mirror Images - Duplicates. For gems, if you really need tanky, can always swap in Esoteric.
