Yes, this build is considerably weaker than the manald heal/tal rasha build, but the main problem with that build is that it is very equipment dependent. If you don't have the correct gear you cannot run it, whereas this one you can until you get the right gear and it is free through Haedrig's gift.
halo of arlyse in cube
I have almost full set (without the belt, offhand and halo ring), 400+ paragon and I can't do 60 great rift. I don't know if I do something wrong or this build sucks...
Use twister sword in cube with Gale Force did a 80 GR super easy with that.... I tried using lightning storm with manald heal but doesn't proc enough to be viable sadly!
