Build Guide

The introduction of the seventh Akkhan set pieces allows to build the most powerful bomber build of them all. The combination of the full Akkhan set (x7), the Norvald 2 piece set (x2), and the focus and restraint ring combo (x2.25) generates x31.5 damage multiplier. Your damage gets punished by x0.8 for using a 2 handed weapon, which still generates a x25.2 damage multiplier, which is 80% more than the LoN Bomber damage multiplier.

Btw, the credit for suggesting to use the F/R ring combo with the usual Norvald/Akkhan Bomber goes to "snail" from the diablo battlenet forum.

The build is very hard to gear for, as you need all the ancient pieces, with thorns, and CDR rolls everywhere to reach the 61% cooldown reduction goal. Also stack as many slots with area damage as you can.

For the playstyle, use the sweep attack/ gathering sweep to gather the mob and to trigger your strongarm bracers for even more damage. Don't overuse the sweep skill as your Aquila damage mitigation buff will drop, use a good generator skill to refill your wrath. Cast Iron Skin and Bombardment skills just before the physical CoE cycle.
