Manald Heal
This is a speed 70 electrocute build that works quite well once you get the handle of the setup. They key to this build is manald heal and its procs. You can ignore elites if you want they are not required to be fast because sometimes killing a group of elites that are not surrounded by other mobs will cause the elites to die slower.
If you group up alot of mobs and Manald heal procs while electrocute is hitting 10 enemies all 10 enemies take the damage and if you have an elite pack inside of the group you will see the elites health drop much faster when you have a group of mobs rounded up. There are plenty of white mobs so you can easily skill all elites and beat the rift in under 6mins with just whites if you prefer to play this way for safety reasons (easier to survive). When playing this build make sure to teleport as much as possible that way you keep up the bracer parthon buff, or swap out frost hydra with blizzard frozen solid.
Make sure that you aim for as much life per hit as you can get since electrocute is currently bugged in 2.4.3 which actually gimps you on life per hit and shielding so the more life per hit the better. If your having trouble surviving swap out Gogok, or Pain Enhancer for Gizzard.
Also Teleport is currently bugged as well in 2.4.3 and because of this having two cheat deaths is the key to surviving with this build when teleport fails to work making it so you cant move which results in ehp loss from not procing your pathfinder bracers

Build Guide
This build can do GR 70 in under 5mins on average, but sometimes it can take 5-6mins depending on the RNG maps and RNG mobs in your rift.
Just watch the video and watch how i play, I try to group together all the mobs as much and i concentrate on alot of trash over the elites. If i already took away half the health of the elite i will drag it alone, or kill it outright. Make sure to move your mouse around on the whole group and aim for groups of 10+ mobs, but if your trying to keep Goguk at 15 stacks then killing a lonely white mob one your way to bigger groups wont hurt.
Just make sure that you in the middle of your group to maximize audacity damage and teleport every second to maintain the buff from ancient parthon defenders. Also make sure to jump around from group to group when the mobs start to become resistant to your stun. This is key because the more damage reduction you have the higher the hit you can take without being 1 shotted. Your also able to maintain your 4 stacks on the orb of infinite depth which gives a 60% damage reduction and 20% dps increase.
This is a Manald Heal Proc build Since Manald heal doesnt increase your skills damage but instead deals 14000% based on the proc. This is why IAS is important because you proc more and this is why F&R with Orb of infinite are better than other options since your boosting Manald heal with maximum modifiers.
This build can be pushed into the 80s. I've completed a 79 at the end of 12mins and that was without arguments and level 78 gems. The biggest problem when pushing this build is the teleport bug. If you cant teleport you will die instantly from ground effects and without teleport your loosing your big pathfinder bonuses. I gave up on pushing higher grifts because of this bug; this bug literally can cause you do stare at a 30 second death screen often. This bug is also the difference between a 4min 70 grift or a 6min 70 grift.
I've been wanting to try a LON electrocute build but was not looking forward to gearing for it, this looks so much easier to pull off. Thanks for posting!
I was able to do an 80 pretty easily with this by switching Ancient Parthans to Ashnagarr shield bracers and swapping Evocation with Galvanizing Ward to add a bit more toughness that is less situational. It's not as strong against elites as Archon, but i think it does a better job with trash.
