Halo of Arlyse
Kanai's Cube:
Weapon: Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander, Cosmic Strand or The Tormentor.
You don't exactly have the most ground-breaking options for weapons in the cube, but these are three that you do have.
Armor: Strongarm Bracers, Ancient Parthan Defenders or Cindercoat.
If you are wearing Strongarm Bracers/Ancient Parthan Defenders, cube the one that you are NOT wearing.
If you are wearing Aquila Cuirass, cube Cindercoat.
Ring: Cube the worst out of the three above.
Gems:
Helmet: Diamond (CDR) or Topaz (Reduced Resource Cost).
Armor: Diamond (Resistance to All).
Weapon: Amethyst (Life per Hit).
Item Variations:
A lot of this will come down to personal choice or how your group composition looks like, so I'll be explaining the different variations you'll take depending on the situation/personal preferences. This isn't so much a straight-forward "copy all of these items exactly" build guide as it is a "these are your options, work with what you think will fit you the best".
Amulet:
Ess of Johan: Provides pulling and additional slows.
Hellfire Amulet: Nice fifth passive if you aren't on pulling duty. Blur for the passive.
Eye of Etlich: Additional ranged damage reduction.
Torso:
These are both viable, it's just whichever you would prefer. If you're wearing Aquila Cuirass, cubing Cindercoat is a good option.
Cindercoat: My personal preference, allows you to throw out many more Energy Twisters.
Aquila Cuirass: A lot of damage reduction when near max Arcane Power.
Wrists:
Ancient Parthan Defenders: Additional damage reduction.
Strongarm Bracers: Additional damage increases.
Ranslor's Folly: Consistent pulling with Energy Twister.
Ranslor's + Ess of Johan if you're the one pulling/grouping, otherwise the other two are better.
Waist:
String of Ears: Damage reduction from melee.
Vigilante Belt: Can roll Cooldown Reduction.
I like String of Ears, but your Waist slot comes down to personal preference.
Rings:
Cube your worst one.
Offhand:
Stormshield: Reduced damage from melee attacks, block chance. More defensive.
Cosmic Strand: Grants you the Wormhole rune on your Teleport, allowing you to take Safe Passage as well.
I prefer Stormshield, but once again personal preference.

Build Guide
I didn't really intend to ever make a guide, but I wanted to give a bit of insight and shed some light on a build that I have found to be a lot of fun, the zWizard. This build's primary function is as a support for 3-4 man groups running a Firebats Witch Doctor or a Firebird's Wizard as a DPS role, although it could work with other things as well. You provide a lot of slows, protection, and damage buffs for your team, as well as having the ability to cover pulling if needed (although outperformed in this aspect by others).
Skills:
- Energy Twister
Used for applying the Gale Force rune debuff (increase damage received from Fire type attacks) and pulling if running Ranslor's/Ess of Johan.
- Slow Time
Our main utility, given every rune from Crown of the Primus. Slows enemies by 80%, slows projectiles by 90%, reduces damage done by enemies, increases the damage enemies receive, stuns, AND increases the attack speed of allies.
- Frost Nova
Freezes enemies and increases the damage they receive by 33% while frozen. Our largest damage increase other than Oculus Ring. Great form of Crowd Control.
- Black Hole
Pulls enemies and aborbs projectiles, which get significantly slowed by your Slow Time. Can be used for grouping or absorbing large amounts of projectiles/objects from Elites heading towards your DPS.
- Teleport
Our mobility, and even moreso since Aether Walker completely removes the cooldown of it. Use this to scout ahead and set up while your DPS make their way towards you.
- Ice Armor
Huge source of armor and Frost Nova procs. Always keep this active. Frozen Storm rune helps proc Iceblink constantly on anything that you walk through.
Rotation:
- Maintain Ice Armor at all times.
- Teleport around, finding large groups of mobs and/or elites.
- Stay near them to keep Iceblink and Gem of Efficacious Toxin constantly up, as well as being able to use Frost Nova whenever possible.
- Set Slow Time bubbles on top of enemies AND ranged DPS to protect them from ranged attacks and give them an attack speed buff.
- Use Energy Twister and Frost Nova to further increase damage received by enemies, and Black Hole to better group enemies or absorb ranged projectiles from Elites.
Ayy this guide is lit fam.
this is actually fucking amazing tbh, do this.
zWiz definitely has a high ceiling in 4 mans. Maybe or maybe not Rank #1 pushing but definitely leaderboard viable.
Do you think this could be used as the main tank support with 2 DPS? (usually 2 DH)? I would love something that can really facetank elites and stand in all those arcane lasers, poison etc..
