Landed on this page looking for a decent starting build for S10 barb, for the set that is freely handed by the season journey reward.
I am curently testing builds I find here on diablofans on the PTR and I can say that this is a decent build from starting point, but completely lacks survivability. Wasn't able to clear GR 65 with basic gear(simply what is displayed with best enchants and all, non-aincents). The only thing that it lacks is decent survivability. It's just not enough survivability. It's a real shame we can't squeze a Band of Might somehow, I think that would solve everything and would definitely make this one the wining build.
With the above build you have: High mobility, Not complicated build to play, a very click-spamming build (you build rage with charge and dump it with aincent spear while keeping all other abilities up-time), almost inexisting survivability (call of the aincents doesn't feel like doing much, stunning the enemies with charge to proc the Aincent partan defenders also feels like not helping)
Conclusion: If you are here for the same reasons as I was, I recommend using the leap-barb build from rhyker for the start of S10 barb solo progression, although it's damage is insanely low compared to this one (maybe 30-40 % lower), at least you stay alive and you can insert Caldesan's Despair into your gear to reach that GR 70 solo after which you can turn to support z-Barb build.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the legendary gems I used were all lvl 65, so what I'm looking to test is if you can decently go for GR 70 for unlocking the primal aincents, because everyone will aim that, after which they can build their own build. (which for barb is most surely gonna be z-barb build for high GR party progression)

Wow... this is ridiculous...
Its the first time I post on this website, I clicked "edit" and instead I see now it spammed the topic.
It seems there is also no way of deleting my previous posts.
Soooo... sorry!!
