it's prefered to cube oculus ring and use obsidian ring

if hellfire amulet is used "blur" or obviously any of the listed ones is best

blockchance as high as possible on justice lantern + stormshield (preferable +%block on stormshield)

good alternative is replacing justice lantern for RoRG and equipping mantle of channeling. but I prefer the constant DMG mitigation.

max CDR and RCR on every piece possible.

max arcane power on helm and wand helps you getting 100% uptime on aquila with less RCR even during teleport spam.

if you find yourself less spamming teleport you can go safe passage instead of wormhole, so you get both buffs --> aquila + safe passage.

Build Guide

I'm gonna say it right now, this is the best supWiz build out there (and does even anybody know/use it?)

It got everything the usual build got, plus the ability to stack more defense and spam teleport freely on demand, even faster due to wormhole. (gear needs to be close to perfect tho...)

Autocast Blackhole every ~2-2.5 seconds, in addition you can of course still cast it yourself if needed (very rarely the case)...alot more BHs are possible.

Autocast Energy Twisters during the internal BH cooldown (You never need to cast ETs yourself)

While stationary you cast sleetstorm to reset cooldowns and ensure 100% uptime of Cold Blooded + Iceblink

This resets the cooldowns of Slow Time which needs to be recasted sometimes and Frost Nova, which should be spammed during that time, to ensure the same effect as the usual used build with Halo.

Hergbrashs binding ensures that you never fall below 90% ressource even when adding some Black Hole casts between sleetstorm casts. It also helps starting on 100% arcane power when starting spamming teleport (never dropping aquila if geared properly)

Every kind of feedback is welcome. Tell me if I miss something compared to the build everyone uses... cus I really don't get it why everyone is casting ETs on their own. They are expensive ;P
