Ring of Royal Grandeur
- use Unity/Elusive ring instead of Coe ring only, if you have big trouble to survive in grift 80+.You will do a lot less dmg without Coe ring.
- Try to get 12 dizziplin rolls on chest & 2 weapons to get max dmg bonus from UE set.
- 3 items with 8 cdr. 37% cdr need for perma vengence,if your Dawn has 65%.
- Amulet: Fire% is in normal fall always > Dexterity.
per example: If you have 20 % fire on bracer. 20% fire more on amulet will give you(1.4/1.2=1.166=16.6%) more dmg.
If you have 9000 Dex.1000 Dex more on amulet will give you(10000/9000=1.111=11.1%) more dmg.
Both have diminishing returns!
- Why i would not recommended to use Focus & Restraint combo @ grift 90+?
If you use F&R you will give up Coe ring, which gives you a lot of dmg boost, the 50% dmg reduction from 2 set Traveler while moving & if you cube coe ring, instead of rorg. You will loose Depth Diggers pants which give you a lot of dmg too.
Buriza weapon works with grenades & new belt together.
Many players have tested it on ptr in-depth & have share with me their results.
Big thx @ bobby009,Wudijo,BigJohnasty.

Build Guide
Gameplay:
- activate vengence(dark heart) rune for defense & 40% more dmg increase
- vault/run & aggro Elites/Trash to create a big density place
- shoot with your generator on this place.More density->your area dmg will get more benefits & your dmg will increase
- try to stay alive/avoid incoming attacks. Note: stay for some seconds while shooting to get 100% dmg increase from Traveler Plegde set bonus
- activate fan of knifes(blade armor) rune on dangerous situation to get more defense
- Try not to vault so often, because less dizziplin -> you deal less dmg@ UE set bonus. You can activate Preparation to get an amount of dizziplin back
My impression of this build:
- unique playstyle
- fun & active
- good dmg output by high density & bossfight is fast, because high attackspeed -> stack stricken gem quick
- sometime not easy to stay alive by bad elites packs affixes
- maybe here exist a breakpoint to reach more dmg?

does Buriza's pierce even work with grenades? need more testing

The grenade from generator work with Buriza (tested on PTR 2.4.3).
When equip with hellcat, some single cast of grenade after pierced will result in 2 grenandes bouncing on screen.
There seem to be proc coefficient or possibly the minimum distance required for each mob to pierce with each grenade.
Indeed i have tested all the combo
Dawn/Fortress/Buriza
Dawn/Fortress/Balefire
Dawn/Fortress/Calamity
Buriza outperform both Balefire and Calamity while Balefire and Calamity perform roughly the same
Good news Senpai,
I got some free time to do further testing on Grenade and Buriza. It actually pierced all the time with no proc coefficient. The setup was just Buriza and grenade generator no rune, no hell cat. You can actually control your pierced by aiming beind the target.
- If you point your mouse at the target, the grenade exploded at the target and finsinh (1 explosion)
- If you point your mouse behind the target, the grende will exploded at the enermy in the line and exploded where the cursor is. This is 1 pierced. A total of 2 explosions.
- For 2 pierced, you will need 2 enermies in straight line, point the cursor behind the 2nd enermy. You will get 3 explosions; each explosion at the enermy and 1 explosion at the mouse cursor.
So to maximize this build, you will need density and learn to control your piercing effect by targeting behind the pack you lure in.
Testing#2 Interaction of Hellcat to Buriza
Hellcat has proc coefficient and it seems to be somewhere around 33% to 50%. This follow the exact text of the legendary powe, "Chance of ...".
When pierced and Hellcat procced, you will gain 1 additional grenade.
- The 1st grenade that pierced will bounce 5 times (if your belt is 5)
- The 2nd grenade will need to apply the proc chance again. So the 2nd grenade will either bounce 1 or 5 time.
I tested Buriza (with and w/o Hellcat) and can confirm that when aiming past the front of a pack, the grenades will explode on multiple targets as they pierce the mobs. Its these mulitple explosions that must be responsible for the superior damage output of the Buriza.
As a side note, I just want to say job well done. You have done a great job testing out several builds on the PTR. Its a shame that your builds are not getting more views and upvotes. Thank you for sharing.
One more thing I wish to test regarding to this build is the performance comparison of 3 bounces vs 5 bounces hellcat.
Also I found that caltrop bait the trap fit the build play style more and has better up time.
May I suggest using Elusive instead of unity "use unity instead of coe ring only, if you have big trouble to survive in grift 80+."
Elusive gives 10% better DR, which is like another 20% reduction after the unity 50%. With UE6 I don't remember a single time my buff went off, although I didn't play grenades yet but the logic should be the same.
Other than that I like ur guide, just looking for a buriza now. Ty.
what is the performance of this build vs the multishot ue version?
Thanks a lot LuffySenpai88, and to all contributors, for this build : will definitely aim for this one in S9
Still, I've two questions if you don't mind :
- Does the build is still effective with the live 2.43 patch or there have been some change between the PTR's and the live's one ?
- I'm kinda confuse with the bounce thing, but I guess the first one is determined by an hidden percentage (any approximation on that one ?), but what about the 2-4 bounces who follow : is that a 100% chance when the first one proc or do they have their own chance of proccing ? And do you recommend to get the maximum or the minimum on the possible bounces (like will it be better to have the maximum of bounces or minimum to be closer to the 800% bonus) ?
