The aim of this build is to keep Dashing Strike up as much as possible (since it's a damaging, fast-moving, teleport ability). The Raiment of a Thousand Storms four-piece set bonus switches it from cooldown to Spirit spender. So everything else is geared to keeping Spirit up. Items require Cooldown Reduction (for Blinding Flash and Epiphany), Resource Cost Reduction (for Dashing Strike) and Attack Speed (which also affects Dashing Strike). Unlike every other Sprinter build, there's basically no value from increased Movement Speed. Note the synergy between Rakoff's Glass of Life and Reaper's Wraps (an increased pick-up radius also helps this). Damage comes from Fleshrake, but playing on Normal means 250,000 sheet dps is enough.
