HELM: Cube a mask of jeram unless you have high stat rolls and high legendary power damage. Quetz and Moj are always going to be either on your character or in your cube. wear the better item. One option is to roll Mana Regeneration here instead of vitality for more uptime on Aquilla Chest.

SHOULDERS: I recommend skeleton king shoulders here just because i like the chance of a free death if i Disconnect. This is one of the only open slots you can play around with. A good option is any ancient shoulders with the primary stat rolls listed. I also listed curroption shoulders because they are craftable but you will not need this while running a thing of the deep.

BELT: i highly recommend using Hwoj wrap to proc bane of trapped on all monster. Gold wrap can be switched in for toughness issues with a boon of the hoarder gem. Krem Belt is also an option for more movement speed.
BRACERS: Nems is recommended. but Do note that if you are low paragon or not augemnented at all that you may have toughness issues. using lakumbas and hotswapping to a nems would be preferred here. This is how i ran most of the season. Being able to wear nems will speed up grift clears considerably.

PANTS:Hexing pants is recommended. HOWEVER if you do not like the playstyle, or do not have an ancient pair of hexing(hard item to find) a poison version of the swampland pants can make up some damage here.

HELLFIRE AMMY: There are many passives u can choose from here. Any of the recommended passives listed in the guide will work. a few other passives to keep in mind are Confidence ritual,Greusome Feast, Pierce the Veil. Gruesome Feast/confidence ritual is recommended.

IN-GEOM: 10-9 seconds. DO NOT use an 8 second in-geom.

Build Guide

I know there are many Fire versions of this build. The key here is that we are scaling our poison gem with poison dmg on gear. The poison gem is doing alot more dmg with the buff this patch. you want to get this gem as high as possible. my current level is 86. The enforcer Gem buffs pets dmg, which will be killing all of your elites. DO NOT try to build locust swarm around elite killing. Buffing pets will lead to faster elite kills.

Rabbit dogs is optional. You can go with anything here but i do recommend using a zombie dog rune(cold may also be viable. even leeching beast is an option if u want more survivability. if you go this route i recommend rolling Life per hit on your in-geom or on your nemesis bracers in place of vitality.)

Thing of the deep: This is way better than corruption shoulders. I would even recommending getting more pick up radius on gear as well. we want as much as possible. aim for at least 25 yards.

Basic play style:

Parinadho elites on top of garg, Spirit walk and run over the mobs with fire walkers. Play style is very similiar to fire version of build.
