Would Occulus ring be the best 2nd ring choice?
Shouldn't the other ring be a RoRG? So between your char and your cube, you have RoRG, ORotZ, and Band of Rue Chambers. You're only wearing 3pc Innas as far as I can tell.
What is the needed cdr? Even with 55% and the zodiac ring I am finding gaps in getting inner sanc down which is killing wizards. Would the inner sanc weapon cubed be a alternative?
You've got plenty. Just make sure you're burning your spirit occasionally with cyclone strike (and hitting enemies with it of course, since that's required by Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac). Whenever I get to max spirit, i just hold down cyclone strike until I'm out of spirit, then I switch back to my generator until spirit is full, then repeat. This provides really good group healing as well because of Soothing Mist and Soothing Breeze.
Assuming worst-case scenario, you can get off 6 cyclone strikes before you're out of spirit (300 spirit total / 50 spirit per cyclone strike). With 2 cooldowns for ORotZ to choose from (Inner Sanc and Epiphany), on average, each will get 3 seconds removed by ORotZ (6 cyclones / 2 cooldowns). Then you use your generator until full and then do it again. With Slanderer + Little Rogue, you can easily get 2 cycles of this done every 6 seconds for a total of 6 seconds removed.
Inner Sanc Downtime = ((20 second cooldown * (1 - 0.55 CDR)) - 6 seconds) = 9 - 6 = 3 second cooldown
That gives you a 3 second buffer which is enough to protect even against the unlikely (but possible) scenario where you get unlucky and your ORotZ reduces your Epiphany instead of Inner Sanc a bunch of times in a row.
And this example is pretty conservative, so you should be safe. For example, this assumes you have only 300 spirit , doesn't factor in Flying Dragon (which you'll have up about half the time), assumes you have 0 resource cost reduction, and also ignores Gogok of Swiftness which gives another 15% multiplicative CDR. So your base Inner Sanc cooldown goes from 9 sec to 7.65 seconds (9 * (1 - 0.15)) from Gogok alone, meaning that you really only need your ORotZ to reduce your Inner Sanc TWICE ( Math.ceiling(9 - 7.65) = 2) every 6 seconds to have 100% uptime. Even just burning all your spirit on Cyclones ONCE will usually give you enough reduction to have no downtime.
Using this strategy, I'm able to have 100% uptime on both Inner Sanc AND epiphany (at least while I'm in packs attacking).
Since you're running RoRG, wouldn't you be able to drop a piece of Thousand Storms to pick up e.g. Aquila, Leoric's Crown, or Mind's Eye?EDIT: Never mind, I'm silly.Which gem goes in helm? Purple or Blue?

I'm curious, why use Unity passive for support monk? From the tooltip, looks like it only buff your damage?

The Unity passive increases allies' damage by 5%.
How much health globe increase are you looking for in order to heal. I was at +32k and was having issues. I rerolled some gear and got to 134k and lvl 100+ feels good now. Please let me know if you have run numbers on cap vs needed.
