Build is fairly straight forward. Its essentially a copy of the previous Season 5 DMO twister wiz, with a few changes made to make it work with the buffed Tal Rasha's 6pc Set.


First off, the skills are obviously a bit different. You'll want to use electrocute / Frost Nova once every 8s while fighting to maintain your 4pc, as well as using them at least once per fight to proc your 6 pc. During the fight with the RG, while stacking the twisters on a corner, you need to be casting electrocute every once in a while to give you enough arcane power to continue casting twisters. With both Shame of Delsere cubed, and Prodigy this alone will give you enough arcane power to continue casting twisters and easily maintain the requisite 8 stacks of twisted sword. This is hugely important! Beyond that, its nearly the same build and is very straightforward.


You do want to make sure to have as much crit as possible, as it is your main source of arcane power through Arcane Power on Crit on your Source, as well as the Conduit rune on Magic Weapon.


if you have perfect Focus/Restraint and Tals neck, wearing Focus/Restraint and the Tals neck and cubing Convention of Elements is a slightly higher damage potential, trading for the EW damage reduction that's useful during the rift clear (the end game Pain Enhancer setup is squishy!)

Movement speed to 25% on sheet, rest into Intelligence unless you are too squishy and need the paragon into Vit (shouldn't be an issue, if it is your monk/barb need to re-evaluate their play).
