Skill Disintegrate is supposed to be Discipline.

6 piece UE is required.

Hellfire is the strongest amulet. There are countless passives we'd like to use. Not required, but definitely strongly recommended.

Wraps of Clarity provide us with survivability. Even with them, we still don't have enough survivability. Absolutely required.

Hunter's Wrath is a huge damage increase for the build.

Focus and Restraint are required for an increase in damage.

Etrayu is the only weapon I tried with the build, but the 20% increase in damage seemed too strong to pass up. In theory, any ancient weapon will suffice. Since I had a nice Etrayu, that's what I used.

The Ninth Cirri Satchel is required for the additional pierces.

Buriza, Depth Diggers and Convention are required to deal damage.

Bane of the Trapped and Simplicity's Strength are required, but Bane of the Stricken can be exchanged for Zei's Stone of Vengeance. I used Zei's in my run, but I know that Bane of the Stricken is very strong as well.

Build Guide

I've been playing this build for many patches, with the new buffs to Simplicity's Strength and Depth Diggers, I took it upon myself to find the best version of the build that I could. I tested Legacy of Nightmares, Marauders and Unhallowed Essence. Unhallowed Essence proved to be the best one, so that's the one I started pushing with. It took me a couple tries to get a rift I could complete, mostly due to survivability issues with certain mobs. My exact build I used in the rift (including skills, paragon, individual pieces and ranks) is available right here.

The perfect version of the build is below. Just add your augmentations for additional dex as possible.

You can see the full run with damage numbers in the YouTube link, and I'm more than happy to answer any questions below. I hope this shows people that despite what people say, you can still get good results with builds that aren't expected or typical. You can still play the game the way you want to play it and succeed regardless of how you're supposed to play. I really enjoy my Hungering Arrow build, and while I doubt I'm going to complete a 90, it just goes to show what you can do when you theorycraft using the legendaries that are available.
