Convention of Elements
This build will likely no longer run Taeguk as the new 10 second duration will drain your Fury between packs.
Focus and Restraint with Furious Charge instead of Falter and RRoG in the cube may remain viable (Season 4 build), however Focus and Restraint are rumored to be receiving nerfs as well.
Fury Management on bosses will be a challenge, as it was in Season 4. Reaper Wraps should help now that this build no longer benefits from Strongarm Bracers, just focus on saving Globes for when they're most needed.
CDR on a Ring or Amulet may help to allow 2 casts of Falter per CoE cycle, allowing you to hit it on CD for more Fury and more WW damage and still make the Physical cycle for Rend re-up.

Fairly simple Paragon setup, same as what was used in Season 4.
If you're experiencing lag, remove Life Regen and Life Per Hit if you feel you can survive without them.
Build Guide
In light of the Patch 2.4.1 Notes, 4Waste+6IK is looking like it's going to be extremely strong.
With the new triple Rend damage from 4Waste, lining Falter and Physical Convection up will lead to massive damage. On Elites and GRG this should be the only time you're casting Rend. On white density, get Rend up as soon as possible, and replace with buffed CoE+Falter Rend when possible.
lol arent you forgetting about skull grasp? it would be alot better than coe imo now that its multiplicative, maybe use both if you can swing no unity...
Skull Grasp is great after the changes, however the point of this build is not WW damage, at all. Its all about Rend Damage.
