Cap movement, then strength. CDR is your highest priority in offense, follow by AS>CHD/CHC. Defense rolls mostly Life > Armor > All res > Life regeneration. Utility rolls don't mean much, max life on hit first then do what you want with the rest.

Back stronger than ever.

You're going to need around ~54% CDR for 100% up time on Akarat's champion.

Diamond in helm obviously, for armor gems it's up to you what you want to use. Rubies are better if you want to speed clear rifts, if you wish to grind GR's diamonds will be better most of the time.
