Band of Might
6 Might of the earth pieces, Your first Priority is to get 33.37 - 34 CDR and 170 Max Fury so you can Always be able to reset your leap with Boulder Toss and you easily can achieve that By maxing your CDR paragon Points and have 10% CDR on your Weapon and 6% on your Gloves but if you feel like you need more to make sure that Leap 100% resets then you can add some CDR to your Shoulders .
Hellfire Amulet
For the 5th Passive Ruthless is a Perfect choice .
Blade of the Tribes ( Weapon ) Stats Priority
1- Weapon Damage .
2- 10% damage .
3- Strength .
4- 10% Cooldown Reduction .
5- Earthquake Damage .
6 Socket ( Use a Gift ) .
Dread Iron ( Belt ) should be as much defensive as you can and i really recommend having Life per Fury spent on it .. its going to save your life so many times, Thank me later .
The Idea of these stats Priorities i listed is to maximize Your Damage as much as possible to be able to push Higher Grifts but if you feel like survivability is an issue then instead of Earthquake damage you can go for Vitality or All Resist, after many tests AR is better than Armor since barbs get ton of armor through Strength .
Note : If you don't have All resist on your gear slot then a secondary resist is kinda important .

- For Core Points Maximum Resource is your Priority to make your Fury pool as large as possible .
- For Offense Points CDR is a must to achieve the infinite leaps without having a downtime .
- For Defense Points Resist All going to be your Priority .. Strength already giving you tons of Armor and it has a low value when you are geared .
- For Utility Points Area Damage is the first then you need to fill then Life on Hit .. others are useless .
Build Guide
Before Saying a word, I didn't came up with this build i heard about it in the PTR and tested it when the 2.4 came live and i really liked it, If you know the Guy who came up with this build plz let me know so i can give him the credit .
I Don't even have an optimized gear yet and i managed to clear GR77 in 14.53 minutes and aiming to reach 80 before the end of this month, i know this build don't have a chance against raekor/IK in the leaderboards but hands down its the most fun build to play in this season .
Legendary Gems :-
- Bane of the Traped : For more Damage .
- Bane of the Stricken : very useful against Rift Guardians with the help of Ruthless .
- Esoteric Alteration : Damage reduction .. You wont survive without it .
Rotation :-
Well You kinda need to work in a Rotation which you need to discover by your self, but for me my rotation go like this ..
- I start with Leaping in to gather mobs as much as i can .
- i cast Warcry and battle Rage .
- I dump my Fury using Ancient Spear . ( at this point Focus and restraint procs are on ) .
- I cast Threatening shout and start leaping again .
- Ancient Spear .
.. rinse and repeat .
If you are wondering about Earthquake .. I actually cast it in between the leap rotation whenever it comes out of CD Thanks to Lut socks ( Feet in the Cube ) which gives you 2 seconds before leap start its CD .
Note : I have ants memory and i always forgot spells, passives and Priorities so i decided to post this build here as a reference for me or anyone interested of this build, SO if you think something is wrong with what i've posted here let me know .. i might have a flaw here or there and i would be happy to fix it .
Happy Leaping
1st off this build is already posted http://www.diablofans.com/builds/69910-2-4-gr85-earthquake-solo-group
2nd off you seem to be putting +cold% damage on your items which is pointless and possibly counter productive with this build since its all physical.
3rd Weapon master can be used instead of animosity and that will fill your fury up faster if you are hitting groups of people (which is what this build was made for)
4th You can use shift to throw the boulder at nothing if you need the cooldown to reset but have no target which can actually help you move faster sometimes if you use leap to travel faster
5th Although using a rotation would make the build run allot better/smoother it is not required. I use this build and all i need to do is leap into them them press every button all at once over and over
I am using a similar build (I made a few changes to my build) which is able to do a greater rift 73 so far without much of a problem and my gear is almost perfect (needs more cdr but every thing else is perfect according to the page i linked to above). However I swapped battle rage for ground stomp with wrenching smash rune because I wanted a build that didn't require any thinking, rotations, or having to watch timers (I can just use leap to gather a group then press all buttons repeatedly while standing in middle of that group) I also use weapon master instead of animosity because I happened to get a really good hellfire ammy (best 1 I found that I can use this season) that had it.
The bracer cold% was an error i was up for like 30 hours sorry about that, also looking at the build you linked ya i can see the similarity .. its just i made this build for me to remember the stats priorities and i'm pretty sure that i mentioned that and also noted that i'm not the founder of this build .
Weapon master isn't a valid passive for this build since we are using Animosity for the extra 20 Fury not the Fury regeneration passive .. with 170max fury you can reset your leap easier and get more heals from Boulder toss, Also when you leap on nothing the amount of Fury you are getting is way less than leaping on mobs so there is no point of dumping your fury on nothing and lose all that damage unless you really really need to leap to escape something or need the heals to survive .
Finally you gonna need the rotation at higher Grifts in order to squeeze your DPS and be able to actually finish on time .. without a rotation you will find your self Fury capped .. Shouts on cd which is a dps loss .. More Boulder = more dps, and when you spam all of your fury generators brainlessly you actually lost 1 - 2 Border toss per Rotation .
Thank you for your comment

1st I think you meant the bracer and the rings cold damage was a mistake since its in both spots
2nd when you make fury faster you are able to use bolder toss more often (since you're fury gets filled allot faster) which will make it so you can reset your leap easier, get more heals from Boulder toss, plus More Boulder = more dps, and therefore your point about weapon master not being a viable alternative for Animosity isn't valid (you said it all yourself I just copied and pasted).
3rd You do not get any more fury from the leap skill when you leap onto mobs then you would just leaping onto nothing because leap will always only generate the same amount of fury and you do not get more for hitting mobs unless you are using weapon master. However getting hit or taking damage will also give fury so that is the reason you are getting fury but that happens regardless what passives you use.
4th With my build I am able to use leap 3 times, use generators till at full, toss bolder, and repeat endlessly regardless if i hit a mob or not. Therefore I can use leap as a means of faster travel without running into the problem you mentioned (I just tested it in town). Faster movements = less time getting from 1 spot to another = faster clearing grift and therefore saying "there is no point" is not completely accurate. Furthermore its helpful in a group if you want to play the scout by going ahead of the party, using your skills to gather mobs into groups for your party, then moving forward once they catch up so they can kill the group while you make another.
Lastly I know that I will not be able to do the higher level grifts without a rotation and I dont really care. I prefer playing the game without a rotation because it requires less thinking since thinking isn't fun for me. I did tell everyone that using a rotation will make the build better/smoother, that I had almost perfect gear, and that I was only able to grift at around lvl 73 without much of a problem. The max I have been able to go to was 75 which was a bit of a pain in the butt and took multiple tries. So if I were to use the rotation I know i could get the build to grift much higher because as I said it was made using the page posted in the link above which is a lvl 85+ build and my gear is almost perfect. I am not gonna bother with that though because it is to much work and I play games to have fun. Thus you do not "need" a rotation its just better to use it for those who care enough to do the extra work. 1 of the main reasons I swapped battle rage for ground stomp was because battle rage only lasts a few minutes and has no cd. So I would have to either watch it in order to know when I need to reuse the skill again or setup a timer that will beep every time I need to reuse it. Plus I wouldn't be able to spam that button without losing all the fury I had (like I said it has no cd). Anyway I know you said you didn't make the build and were only posting it to remember. 1 of the reasons I pointed out that the build was already posted here was because you made it sound as you wanted to know who made the build when you asked "If you know the Guy who came up with this build plz let me know so i can give him the credit". So I figured you might want to know because that person either made the build or probably knows who does. Plus you said "if you think something is wrong with what i've posted here let me know .. i might have a flaw here or there and i would be happy to fix it." So I figured you may want to see that post for yourself to see some things you may be doing wrong and/or read the suggestions made there. However, if I was mistaken in any of that I apologize.
