Basically with this build you want to keep max turrets out as often as possible, and cast chakram. Use Vengance on CD and Mark for death any enemy you come across.
This is solely based on Chakram. Because you are never spending ANY primary resource the Aquila Cuirass will have a permanent buff. When it comes to your rings you can cube either convention or elusive, depending on the percentages you get and the rolls with either one cube the other. The reason you don't use the abilities based on distance is due to the short range on the boomerang chakrams. This build still has some minor fine tuning but all in all its a good damage and survival build.

One question I do have though is why not use taeguk instead of one of the others?
You're welcome! And the reason why Taeguk isn't used is because it relies on the use of a primary spender and chakram becomes a generator with the spines of seething hatred. Unfortunately, Taeguk doesn't build stacks without the use of a spender which this build doesn't have. Thanks for the interest!
