Landing a Critical Hit has a chance to increase the vortex effect up to 3 stacks for a total of 315% weapon damage.

Intensify the vortex, increasing the damage per stack to 145% weapon damage. This increases the damage with 3 stacks to 435% weapon damage.
Dashing Strike Barrage

Build Guide

My main idea with this build was to stack as many damage bonuses together as I could and still maintain survivability with inna's set mantras. with this setup I've seen at least 6billion point crits.

10! mystic allies= 100%dmgx10 for 1000%

bindings of the lesser gods = bonus damage to mystic allies

vengeful wind = 10 stacks of sweeping wind , with kyoshiro;s soul stacks are always up

Kyoshiro's soul = rolls with damage bonus to sweeping wind mine has 115%

monkey king set= 2 set bonus 50% less damage , 4 item bonus 1000% x 10 stacks of sweeping wind every second!!

focus and restraint= another 50 and 50%

fire ally= x2 from crudest boots 20% x2 enhanced effect from innas 2 item bonus

Mantra of Retribution = 101% damage when blocking dodging or getting hit increased by innas 2 set bonus for 202%

bane of the stricken= +25% to elites

Determination skill= up to 20% damage after pulling in enemies with cyclone strike

Lots of defensive bonuses from all mantra passives and sixth sense as well

All of these bonuses stacking together and multiplying each other creates huge explosions from innas set bonus that totally nukes most stuff
