Ring of Royal Grandeur
You're using 5 piece Nats and two piece Sage with RoRG in the cube for 6 and 3 piece bonus, respectively. This gives you the full benefit of Nats bonus damage and damage reduction, plus a barrage of RoV's at your disposal.
On the chest, I put RCR in the stat priorities because I couldn't find increase hatred regen. Try and get one item with hatred regen. That in conjunction with bat companion and templar follower should keep you pretty healthy in hatred without needing a generator.
Use warzechian bracers, lightning gem, displacement, tactical advantage, and hot pursuit for movement speed bonus.
Blood vengeance will aid solely in keeping your discipline up. You can change this for something more offensive or defensive as you see fit.
Ambush provides a good initial pop of damage against champ and elite packs.
Lord greenstone's fan is great for dispatching yellow packs quickly, grabbing the db's and moving on. If there are more yellows or blues in the immediate area, try kiting them together to kill two or three packs with one FoK.
Hexing pants is essential for keeping up hatred and providing additional DPS.
Taeguk and BoT provide nice damage boosts, plus some damage mitigation from the Taeguk. You could switch taeguk for hoarder; plus avarice ring, if you would like some more movement speed.

Typical set-up:
Max movement speed then all Dex
CDR then CHC then CHD. Ignore IAS; it just drains hatred.
Res All then Armor then Life then Regen
RCR then AD then LoH then Gold
Build Guide
Get 40% CDR for full Vengeance uptime. Put CDR on weapons and one other item, plus diamond in helm and paragon.
Put the highest damage weapon in the main hand.
Only need two sage pieces, your choice, the rest Nats.
Emeralds in weapons and armor.
Strafe around, dropping RoV's to build damage and damage reduction. Plus, you know, kill stuff.
Kill blues with a couple RoV's
Save FoK for yellow elites or multiple packs
Keep Vengeance up at all times to maintain resources; discipline shouldn't be a major issue.
5th passive: thrill of the hunt - slow more enemies for BoT proc
Optional:
Avarice ring for globe pick up to maintain discipline
Replace Taeguk with Boon of the Hoarder for addition movement speed
Replace bat companion with a generator for faster cooldown on RoV
So few build with Natalya, unfortunately, I Like that set, Nice guide dude.
I came here to say that I really enjoy this use of my DH, and have found a reason to use my previous season's DH I made. I was playing with a group of clanmates, and made a crack about racing to 5,000 db. Considering how effective this build is, it seems less of a joke and more of a "I could do it if I had time" scenario. Well done, viable build.
