Hey,
One question, is wall of death - fire wall better option than communing with spirits? Seems like communing with spirits do only damage in side of the ring https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpOk9EeX1q0 or is it only for cc and keep mobs slowed better?
It's to proc bane of the trapped.
As for proccing bane of the trapped...the 2 piece set bonus for Helltooth applies Necrosis, which slows everything your skills/pets hit anyway, so bane of the trapped will always be procced when using Helltooth.
thats awkward feel when you kill an elite pack for second, but charge mobs kills you faster in hex :DD
I'll have to try this but i have a hard time seeing this as being faster than running In-Geom in the cube with TotD/Hoarder and Soul Harvester/Soul to Waste. The one thing that i hate about Angry Chicken is that you have to break out of it to cast anything, definitely my go to in bounties though.
What is your follower wearing? Would be great to include that info if the build is (at least) targeted at solo play. Thanks for the effort and info!
Considering how easy it is to kill huge packs of white mobs on T10 with Fire Wall/Jeram's Bracers, this is a really stupid approach. Using Helltooth and relying on pets alone to kill huge packs of mobs is just awful: pets are good at killing elites, Fire Wall deals with everything else. Using Tall Man's Finger instead of Convention of Elements, and Manajuma's instead of In-Geom + Spirit Walk Severance are both terrible decisions as well. This build is riddled with bad ideas TBH, but then again what popular build isn't on here. People just see +30 and take whatever nonsense they see as gospel. I have to assume the people posting this nonsense never played Helltooth in the past and are completely unaware just how ****ing bonkers Fire Wall damage is.
On a t10 rift you skip all white mobs. There is no reason what so ever to kill them. You go chicken, into a elitepack. Kill it within seconds and then chicken into next elite pack. No white mobs harmed in the making of this speed run.
As he even said in the video. If you want xp you farm that in greater rifts. T10 regular rifts are only for death breaths and keys.
Or maybe your approach is stupid for insulting other people for simply creating a viable build that yoy disagree with. That arrogant, elitist, asshole attitude is the bane of every online game.
There is also the possibility that you are too tied the past gameplay of this build that you don't consider as well. I use a varriant of yhis build for farming that uses big bad voodoo and firebats, with star metal kukri in kanai and belt of transcendence. The pets take care of everything for me, while I cruise through the rifts and bounties effortless with the crazy chicken.
First nobody claimed that this Build is the one and Only perfect Speed Farming build so it is utterly useless to point out that there are "Better" or "Other" builds. The whole purpose of this website is to show your Builds to other People.
Second thing is that this Build got a good rating cause people build it run it and like it. You can make a comment and state that you don't like it for whatever Reason. But calling the approach stupid and awful and whatnot is just trolling and surely not based on facts.
And last but not least you make a claim that firewall and in geom etc is at least 10 times faster. I clear the average T10 rift in about 3.5 minutes and a grift 52 in about 6 Minutes. That said i am only paragon 560ish and the gear i have has no ancients and stats are far away from optimal. so unless you clear T10 in 24 seconds (and thats if i would need 4 minutes) you are far away from 10 times faster.
Long story short if you have critics on something place them constructive or keep them for yourself. If you make a claim about something ("at least 10 times faster") make sure its based on Facts not on delusion
Have a nice day Loki
PS: Love the Turbo Chicken *GakGak*
For those who dont want nemesis bracers for whatever reason here are a few alternatives
you can use Lacuni Prowlers instead to get a nice dps boost for you + pets or you could use jerams bracers so you are able to cast wall of death 3 times in same spot for huge dps on anyone in that area (especially if you use piranha on it after)
As far as the build it works great for me on t10 even without having the best possible gear. It may not be the most powerful dps wise but it more then makes up for it with the movement speed which is faster then any other class/build I have seen.
I am a bit confused on the belt though. The guide says you want a witching hour with int, vit, armor, and life%. However you cant get those stats on a witching hour because attack speed and crit chance take 2 of the spots needed. There is no mention of what to do if you use the witching hour even though its the top of the recommendations for the belt.
