Depending on how high your paragon is, too much attack speed can cause you to spend resources too fast to maintain. Crit Hit Chance is less of a priority than Crit Damage since Balance gives you 100% Crit Hit Chance for small groups.

Build Guide

This is the build that I used to finish the Super Human (The Thrill) conquest in season 5. I did it at just over 500 paragon and with only a few ancients, and Balance was not one of the ancients. Blind Faith, Cord of the Sherma and Blinding Flash are keeping Cesar's almost 100% procced and Zodiac keeps Epiphany up almost 100% and BF almost always available. With dual Air Ally, Epiphany, Inner Storm and Exalted Soul you are always at max spirit while channeling Flurry so your Aquila Curass is always procced which along with Desert Shroud, Mantle of Channeling and Unity gives you plenty of damage reduction to keep you alive. I was having trouble with finishing on time until I cubed my Furnace and then it was easy to finish on time. My Taeguk was rank 42 and my Trapped and Stricken were rank 51.
