Update 29th Jan 2016

Since GR 78 is now outdated, the gem Esoteric Alteration has now been replaced in the guide by it's cruel cousin Gogok of Switfness.

Our lovely wolf companion has been replaced by it's nemesis the Boar. Why the boar? Wolf with CD and 10 sec uptime vs Convention of Elements was always a bit meh.

The Perfection talent was not so perfect afterall, so it was replaced by Leech. I did even consider to use my other dagger with Life per Hit, but meh. It has fear on hit chance. Leech + attack speed from the gem was lovely I tell you. But is it the best?

As suggested in the comments I did try to play with CDR in on the shoudlers instead of area damage, but it didn't take long before I rerolled it back.

Shoulders are still area dmg - Not because of Gorgok.

I did find an ancient Traveler's Pledge, but it's not yet augmented. Farming this game without botting takes a bit more time you know.

And last but not least.. Lacuni Prowlers have now competely replaced Ancient Parthan Defenders in the item build section. I did find some ok ancient Lacuni Prowlers with life pr sec instead of vit. Need to farm more bounties to reroll more of my million Lacuni Prowlers in the stash.

Almost forgot. No more Hatred generator. Replaced by Marked for Death: Mortal Enemy.

Might take some getting used to, but you wont run out of hatred unless you derp or you have no mobs for, lets say 1 minute.. What are the odds

I'm probably going away from Gogok of Swiftness again, either replacing it with Bane of the Powerful or back to Esoteric.

Will be updated on the guide when I reach GR 80 with the used gem.

Gems:

Cdr in helmet.

Dex in the rest, and ofc it's a green one in the weapon aswell.

I'm going to make this simple for myself.

This is the gear I'm wearing at this moment.

Sooner or later I want to have lightning dmg% on some items instead of dex, but my bed is looking good from where I'm sitting atm so I don't want to elaborate.

Some short "useful" notes:

I want to switch out bracers for Lacuni Prowlers soon tm, with dex, vit, lightning%, crit, attack speed. (reroll movement speed into the missing)

I might want to replace vit on gloves for attack speed aswell. Might be a bit yolo.
