Ring of Royal Grandeur
In the weapon slot its more important to have In Geom than Wand of Woh! If you dont have a Wand of Woh, you can use In Geom in your hand and use Furnace or Shaefers Hammer, you will still be able to do T10, but slower of course.
Never leave Nemesis Bracers out!
Cooldown Reduction should be around 40%, you dont really need that much to keep the Supernova alive!
Cost Reduction is unnecessary in the setup i use and explain in the Video!
With real End Game gear (Ancient Wand with 90%+ EB damage) you can think of removing Bane of the trapped for Toxin Gem. The Toxin will kill all those that you touched slightly but did not kill - even though this is rare

Build Guide
Hey Folks,
Here's the ZERO Paragon Challange. Absolutely no paragon point assigned and still able to clear T10 in decent times - including the full kill of a goblin pack!
this is my updated version of the Death's Breath Farming Build i created a week ago. This one here goes above and beyond of what the other is able to achieve. Its probably the very best way to farm Death's Breaths in the current game!
Meteor Damage and Nilfurs Boast are completely out here, the Monsters are all dead before the Meteors hit the ground!
Watch the Guide, subscribe if you like!
But most of all, enjoy this amazing build and its spectacular looks - its a Supernova after all!
Cheers,
Dunk
This is very close to what I've found to be the ideal farming build.
I would recommend trying Hexing Pants in your cube and just swapping on Nemesis Bracers from your inventory for shrines.
The increased damage from Hexing Pants allows you to consider dropping Focus and Restraint for more utility in Avarice Band (easier to keep up the Boon of the Hoarder buff with 45+ pickup radius) and COE (I was skeptical initially because of the burst nature of this ring, but you are using all four elements with this build, so the buff is never wasted).
Dropping Focus and Restraint also allows you to drop your signature spell (standing still and casting a signature spell with Hexing Pants doesn't work well). I use Black Hole Supermassive in this slot instead. It helps to group up and kill elites quickly. Run circles around elites and let Black Hole and Explosive Blast do the work. Hexing Pants also eliminates any arcane power issues, particularly if you have some APoC on your gear, so Black Hole can be used pretty liberally.
If you are not one shotting normal mobs with this spec, I'd recommend using Bane of the Powerful instead of Wreath of Lightning and/or Magic Weapon instead of Storm Armor (you rarely take damage to proc the speed boost anyhow). You should have plenty of movement speed from Boon of the Hoarder, Illusionist, and bracers anyhow. The Deflection rune for Magic weapon can be used if some survivability is needed.
I'd also recommend about 50% CDR to drop the cooldown of teleport to the .5 second internal
cooldown of the spell. CDR also helps to get the initial In-geom buff.
Let me know if you try any of these changes and what you think.
This looks basically identical to the one Quinn made but with sages. I have been using it recently but instead of Orb of Infinite Depth, I'm running Tal Rasha's Offhand so I can run Goldwrap and get defense use out of Boon of the Hoarder.
Of course you're destroying stuff - you are paragon 1550 and have almost 15k int. I want to see what this build does with 800 paragon or less. The extra 750 levels of paragon give you 3750 Int. That's a ton of extra damage most people aren't going to have.
I'm only paragon 600 this season with a non-ancient Wand of Woh, and with the changes that I posted in an earlier reply, I clear t10 rifts in about 2 - 2.5 min while picking up legs and DBs.
I just tested this build on season with 650 paragon, non-ancient Woh, and couple ancient armor pieces. With my gear/stats(1m damage) this build is significantly slower then quin's build with firebird 4set. With that said, an ancient Woh and a couple more ancient pieces would make a big difference with this build. If you have low gear meteor damage as meteors become a way to burn elites down, with teleport calamity rune and electrocute being your on-demand meteors.
;p
I've got this set almost exactly except I'm using goldwrap like in another build on here but I'd rather not since its annoying to make sure I've got the gold buff before fighting boss/elites. It absolutely wrecks and I can honestly say its probably the most fun I've had playing D3. One thing though is that I was watching Quin's stream today and he said its not worth it to pick up DB because the 3 secs to pick them up adds up over time and you risk losing your Avarice Band buff. I'm confused.
This build looks great and i want it but i CANNOT FIND SAGES AT ALL EVER THIS SEASON... Anyone else having this problem?? please tell me if you have a solution
Really feel like the buffs fall off too often in between packs. (Can't help it, sometimes elites are spread too far apart) and too much effort has to go into getting the buff back up, which usually involves dying a few times..Dunno
This build is pretty good. Took me awhile to get used to it since i don't often play wizard. Thanks for the build Dunkelvieh.
Just wondering. If there is any other bracers i can use while farming for a Warzechian Armguards?(already have nemesis bracer in cube)
i've never seen WoW in game =/ ...
Reporting back. This is a very good build and is hands down the fastest. Im at ~600 Para and hardly have any Ancients, so on the first pack of elites I have to play it smart with. I lose about 30 seconds every time I have to re-kill an elite pack to get my buff, which takes a while and hurts.
@kahneck: Hold on to any RARE Quality Level 70 wands you find, or craft them. Then use Ka Cube to upgrade it to a legendary. This is how I got my WoW.
you don't need Avarice Band if you have a vanity pet they pick up gold like they are gonna spend it on crack. It counts towards goldwrap armor so no need for the ring.
I assume u need to use the NUM lock trick .....if so are u going into the rift with it on? Whats the best way to start.
Thanls
Really good build, tried it out this morning after crafting a few sage's and corruption shoulders.
And this works way better than the normal flash fire, since you get 40% more DB in the same amount of time, thank you so much for the guide man. And Btw, only paragon 870, and it totally rekks everything that is close to you.
Well this is a duplicate of my comment below, but it won't let me delete it for some reason.
My apologies.
I can tell you what happens; you die. A lot lol.
I had to go back to Quin's build for now, as I am not quite 500 Paragon and
it was not only taking far too long to kill any elite, but I got sick to death
of getting one shotted by them.
I like this build, and will definitely try it again if and when I ever hit the Uber Paragon levels.
The only huge issue I had with gear is that my Goldwrap sucks and my Tal Rasha's is Ancient,
so swapping to Goldwrap really hurt. Plus my Tal Rasha's head piece is Ancient as well, and
my Tal Rasha's gloves, while not ancient, DID roll 6.0 Crit Chance as well as 50% Crit Damage.
That left me with some painful decisions on gearing, especially with my low paragon.
Thanks for speaking up for us that for whatever reason, can't manage 1500+ paragon in just a week or two.
The zero paragon video was a good attempt at demonstrating that the build is viable for the main body of more casual players, but it doesn't address the issue that you were using a max level Boon of the Hoarder, 89 Bane of the Trapped, and 70 Wreath of Lightning.
I'm personally close to Paragon 500 and using level 30-40 gems, and find that wearing Nemesis Bracers and running a Goldwrap in the cube adds a little time to the run, but gives a lot more reliable performance, especially if I encounter Elites with really problematic powers.
