Perhaps unfortunately this build has almost zero room for personal preference, as every item serves it's purpose to make LTK the powerhouse that it is. Choices should be self explanatory (SWK 6 pc, bonuses to LTK, etc).
Key point here is to max out CHC/CHD and hit the >75% CDR needed for overlap on Epiphany, and then add in Area Damage and RCR where you can.
In 2.4, none of the weapons specifically enhance LTK as a spender, so we are going to run the best dual-wield option available to us here with Istvan's Paired Blades. Some may try Flying Dragon but you sacrifice a huge amount of survivability going 2H, and you can still reach the same APS without the FD proc.
Note: Vengeful Wind in the cube still showing old tooltip, now increases stacks by 6-7. Gyana Na Kashu not showing the new version; rolls with 75-100% LTK damage.

Key point here is to cap out our Movespeed from items+paragons at 25%, Resist All > else for defense, RCR to make our build semi-spammable without using the generator much, and CDR > else for offense to get us to that 75% mark for Epiphany overlap.
Build Guide
Gameplay is pretty basic:
- Maintain Sweeping Wind (Kyoshiro's Soul makes this a breeze)
- Keep Dashing Strike: Radiance attack speed buff up
- Epiphany on cooldown (>75% CDR here gives us overlap)
- WotHF: Blazing Fists for 3x 5% attack speed buff, and to proc generator half of Focus+Restraint
- Spam LTK: Vulture Claw Kick for damage and to proc spender half of Focus+Restraint
This setup, with enough RCR from paragon and gear, can be very close to spirit-neutral, meaning you won't need to use your generator for spirit, only for maintaining F+R buff and attack speed buff from Blazing Fist rune.
Thanks for reading, hope this works for you guys. Please upvote / comment, any feedback is appreciated, as I miss obvious things sometimes. Cheers!

Does Gyana's damage increase with LTK damage?.
A word of warning though is to not be too trigger happy and spam LTK until you used up the Sweeping Wind stacks. You will die almost immediately since you would lose the 50% dmg reduction bonus.
Just curious as to how you plan to hit 75% cdr. I've done gr 60+ using physical rune on ltk because it hits so much harder. Spamming ltk is quite hard as well as you almost always lose sweeping wind. Physical fists of thunder and wothf fists of fury both help in keeping up stacks, the former has better gen and the latter gives unlimited stack after a dot application. The belt is pure shit, string of ears would help the squishiness of the build, although it is still ridiculously fragile.
My 2 cents
With out the belt you risk loosing your SW stacks which will make you 1 shotable after 65+ GR , for a more damage mitigation I swap out the rings and use unity + that elemental ring ( the one that increases a random elemental for 200% for a couple of seconds ) regarding physical rune on LTK I have to try it, to see if the damage is better, and the generators I will try them both also didn't think of that. What I did end up doing was using vengeful wind as my main weapon and crystal fist as a off hand ( since it reduces damage by 50% after using dashing strike for 6 seconds) than putting Flying dragon on my cube. Also trying to see how else to maximize my damage since after GR 66 damage doesn't seem ideal anymore, still haven't seen how far I can take it, I'll post later and let people know.
@Wukaos This is probably the ideal setup in 2.4.1. The new crystal fist alone adds more DR than the istvan's @ 5 stacks, and with a FD in the cube you will actually attack faster than istvans in exchange for losing 30% damage on your LTKs. Depending on how close you are to the APS cap before this change you may end up with more or less overall dps. Also I'd strongly reccomend losing Focus and Restraint and moving to CoE+Unity for solo play. I honestly forget about Unity because I so rarely push solo high enough for it to matter, as I'm usually gated by my DPS.
While actively spamming LTK its actually not worth having Kyoshiro's Soul, as long as your crit chance is over 50% and you arent single target, you should be able to keep stacks up easily. String of Ears brings some nice defense here. Keep in mind if you make this change you will need to ensure you dont lose SW stacks as you move between packs.
Also if you are going to swap to a different rune, if any, I'd run with Hand of Ytar. You lose out on damage per LTK, however you gain the ability to swap to Ice Blink over Gogok, allowing you to dps from range and more easily maintain SW stacks due to the increased crit chance. If you do this I'd strongly suggest keeping Kyoshiro's Soul on for convenience. The downside to this setup is obviously the lower dmg per LTK, as well as the loss of Gogok for CDR and attack speed, though the latter is largely countered by the ability to then run Leorics Crown in the cube in place of Cindercoat, for a net loss of only 2.5% CDR. Also Hand of Ytar's hitbox is a little small and won't be able to hit as many targets as the other runes, but allows kite playstyle.
