Legendary Gems
Kanai's Cube
Hi guys!
With this build, you should be able to easy clear TX rifts and farm for other sets. Also it's very easy to play, you only need your mouse.
So you just go into the rift or grift, cast your magic weapon and ice armor once and kill everything with your disintegrate. You need to be mobile, so you can kite around and set everything on fire. Remember: The more enemies burn, the more damage you do. So do not stand in one place and beam onto one single enemy, teleport around and spin your disintegrate. The meteor will be casted automatically as you use etched sigil in your cube. This also leads to a lot of burning enemies --> more power!
As soon as enemies hit you (and they will), you get your frost nova from your ring, this will stun/freeze stuff around you, because of your bracers, this means damage reduction. So standing in the middle of things isn't a bad thing. Standing around with no enemies around you makes you vulnerable (try to avoid arrows and stuff). Also because of your passive, getting hit resets your cooldown on teleport, that helps in critical situations like elites casting poison or fire below you.
With enough RCR you will almost never lose any mana. Remember not to cast your meteor manually, it gets casted automatically. Casting it yourself will cost you mana. As you hopefully are at full mana all the time, you can use the aquila chest armor, but this also means less RCR for your fire skills, so check if you have enough to keep mana full all the time.

And finally, if anyone still feels too squishy with this build, you can swap the Audacity passive for Unwavering Will. You go from a 30% damage bonus down to a 10% damage bonus (for a loss of 20% to opponents in melee range and gain of 10% otherwise), but I've found that the armor and all-resist boosts typically average out to about a 30% increase in toughness even with your Crystalize stacks up. So that's one place you can easily trade off DPS for survivability, and 20% for 30% is a better deal than 50% for 50% like you'd get trading CoE for Unity (though that's an option too). I think Audacity is the right default option here, but this is an option depending on what's blocking people from higher GRs: DPS or Survivability.

I cleared a grift 62 with this setup on my first try this morning, more should be possible.

Why do you use Zei's Stone of Vengeance and Bane of the Trapped?
Seems counter to each other. To slow you need to be close, which stops Zei's. After you move away from them then Bane of the trapped slow stops since you provide the aura.
Isnt Bane of the powerful just a waste, since Stricken is better? Cuz bane does 20% more dmg after a pack, but stricken is 25% more dmg on bosses and RGs. *PLUS* you get the added benefit of more dmg the longer you hit 1 mob.
Thoughts?
I like your build a lot, I am just trying to find the right gems.
I was playing around with some gems too, the stricken is just for the guardian, as this is the biggest problem in this build. Wenn I run around doing some ~60s, half the time in the grift is just for the guardian. So botp is probably a good choice during the rift. Right now I'm using Taeguk as it'S easy to keep up with disintegrate and with ~80 stacks you get +40% damage which is much more than the 20 from botp or any bonus you get from zeis.
So, what 3 gems do you feel are the best for this build?
1) Taeguk
2) Esoteric Alteration
3) Stricken
Yes?
That's what I use right now, yes
