*This build is BASED on Thorns, so you want as much THORNS DAMAGE as possible!,
-
Good Information about HOW THORNS WORKS:

-
There is multiple good setups for Weapon/Shield, I'd recommend:
a) T10: DB + LW or AA
Solo Push: PS + AA
c) Grift Speeds: DB + AA
d) Grift Push: PS + VS or AA
* Having correct stats is the most important thing! So if your LW is perfectly rolled and ur AA is junk, then use ur LW.
** LW = Lidless Wall (shield) --- BTW a tip for all, if you need a better Lidless Wall, then craft it on a barbarian. Your 8 times more likely to get a Lidless Wall on a barbarian from blood shards and upgrading rares to legendaries with Death Breaths than on a crusader.
** DB = DoomBringer (weapon)
** PS = Pig Sticker (weapon)
** AA = Akarats Awakening (shield)

SKILL ROTATION: Law/Prophet > Iron Skin (Phys CoE) > Consecration > Punish
-
Great Tips / Suggestions for the build:
1. Use Iron Skin and Consecration / Bombardment when you have +200 % Physical dmg from CoE.
2. In order for Belt of Trove to use "Barrels of Spikes" rune you must have Bombardment equipped.
3. Most important part of Belt of Trove, is to keep up the 50 % DMG Reduction from (4) set bonus.
4. ... (make comment if u got suggestions)

Needs to be Tested (feel free to help test):
A) Sanguinary vambracers if they work with (2) piece invokers
B') Hack, if it works multipliactive with strg and how much % dmg increase it is
C) Omnislash belt, see if it makes Punish deal AOE dmg. Maybe even procs Hack.
D) Slash, use rune Zeal. Reaching 3 attack per second, might work with Hack!
E) Voy'Toyias Spiker, See if it works multipli- or additive. Works with skills or not? Better than arats awakening?
F) Iron Skin, if you use it before Consecration, does it work for 4 seconds or all 10 seconds?
G) Snapshot, is Iron Skin / Thorns dynamic or static?
H) Blood Brother vs. The Mortal Drama, which one is the best?
I) Block cap? Do we go way above block cap with Blood Brother?
H) ... (make comment if u got suggestions)

Here is how the game-play of an Invoker Punish Crusader looks like:

Had a question regarding Punish vs Slash. I was mostly using Punish w/ celerity as all the guides say, but was trying Slash w/zeal yesterday and noticed my stacks of the 2pc getting much higher than with punish. I assume this is due to slash being able to hit more than 1 enemy per attack. It SEEMS like the extra stacks would more than offset the 5% AS gained from celerity but I havn't gone and tested it too much yet.
As to the block chance I'm losing due to not having Punish, Blood Brother in the cube and Hold Your Ground passive puts me at ~85% which is already over the cap.
What do ya'll think?
The LoN Bombardment build seems more powerful to me so far, but now I have this entire build in ancient, I may have to try it again... This build is on top of the ladder, but I wonder if it's just because it's easier to gear for?
As the only skill (afaik) that uses weapon damage is Punish, but the majority of the damage of Punish is coming from 6 set, should we roll the damage off of our weapons in favour of having more stats? (AS, Str, Vit, CDR, Socket)?
Cheers for the guide, has been a great experience so far
I've got a re roll question for you, I managed to snag an ancient PS with:
2731.7 DMG
858 STR
894 VIT
7% AS
21% AD
I gifted a socket in it already and i'm wondering if you would re roll anything on this for CDR, mine is sitting at 42.72%. is it worth re rolling a primary? i'm leaning towards STR since VIT gives me thorns damage...
Thanks in advance.
For paragon spreadsheet, I'd advise switching Primary stat with Vit being that Vit adds thorns via Heart of Iron.
You cant hit anything, just run around and killing mobs with thorns. Kinda boring so I dont like this build.
Sanguinary Vambraces vs Convention of Elements?
The VT Spiker thorns bonus is affected only by the skill provoke or by the provoke of the new rune too?
Is hack still worse than pig sticker?
The bonus from blood brother works on the punish or slash attack bonus from 6p?
with AA, can i sacrifice some cd reduction to increase area dmg?
To me it seems like Consecration's thorns damage is based off of your current thorns damage. So if you cast iron skin/increase your thorns whilst consecration is down, it increases its damage. So you only get the damage boost for the 4 secounds Iron Skin is active. Same goes with your attacks, if you let your stacks drop your consecration damage will drop according to your current thorns, not based off of when you lay it down.
Just an observation; Could be entirely wrong :].
Is there a way to place builds into a favourite category to find them later easily?
Hello Drahque
Cheers

EDIT: should be answer to #62
What u think ? we should get one like this or ? hack? or pig sticker...

I replaced Steed Charge for Provoke which might work when there is a high density rift, but it's kinda slow gameplay. Next I will replace Law or Champ for Provoke and test again.
Only found my AA last night, so gonna test tonight how much I actually get hit by blockable attacks.
I've tested can confirm that justice lantern reduces your dmg taken by calculating the complete block chance regardless of the max block cap of 75%. Simple example:
- Justice lantern with 50% dmg of block chance value reduced
- 100% block chance in screen
= 50% dmg reduce
What about http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/inviolable-faith (in cube or on you) for group purposes?
You put Consecration below everybody in group (so they get the heal and at the same time it does Thorns damage where your group members are).
Of course, considering your group fights a bit longer versus a group of enemies.
