Ring of Royal Grandeur
Tasker and Theo might need to be switched out for the new sweeping wind belt. Not sure which is going to be more useful.
Rings are pretty open ended. I'm using CoE and Wrydward for the damage and utility, but it might even be worth it to use focus + restraint.

Build Guide
I'd suggest cubing the Sweeping Wind belt instead of Tasker and Theo. One other option is to cube Crudest and equip Vengeful Wind and Kyoshiro's Fist, then you can cube a Torch and it turns into a BellWuko variant. The allies are better serving you as damage tanks and utility than as damage dealers with Tasker and Theo. focus and Restraint are very good for this build since your end up with 30,000% clone explosions every second not including double manta buffs, Focus and Restraint, and any other passive buffs and Legendary gem buffs. Sweeping Wind belt is almost mandatory for Sunwuko since it keeps max stacks on SW between packs which keeps your damage reduction high and your clone explosions big.
I was testing this build. Still don't have all the pieces, but I was wondering if we could manage to merge the shenlong fists here...
Swap sweeping wind - Cyclone to Sweeping Wind - Blade Storm, and cube Kyoshiro's Soul (Sweeping Wind Belt).
Yes, the Increased stack maximum for SW (from Vengefui Wind legendary power DOES WORK correctly with the Blade Storm rune for SW.
Also note that the tooltip for Vengeful Wind is wrong on the site. It says it increases the stack count by 3, but it actually increases max stack count by 6 or 7 (random roll of 6 or 7.)
Therefore, SW Blade Storm will give you the correct increased damage for the full 9-10 (3+6 or 3+7 depending on Vengeful Wind roll) stacks of Sweeping Wind. It doesn't cap at default of 3.
